Love love love the customer service at this location, Chase is the sweetest. I get super overwhelmed in stores these days, but Chase was a godsend. He helped me find the perfect jeans, and outfit for a night out. I’ve always loved the brand, but it’s nice to put a face to the company!

Chase always helps my wife and I when in 12 south. He's a huge help and always goes above and beyond. This is a women's only store but he makes it super easy for me by keeping her busy with plenty to try on and take home. Love Madewell and love coming to see Chase! He's the best!
