“Salesmen, several of them, were well informed & patient with my trying each of the mattresses. They were pleasant & helpful in explaining why none of the mattresses had a knee gatch that specifically raised the knee, which I fully expected to see. My only complaint was that each salesperson directed all their info to my children, ignoring me as if I, a senior citizen could not possibly understand or make a decision for myself. This continued until I made it known rather forcefully that I was buying the mattress & could & would like to be addressed as such. They quickly began directing the info to me, which I appreciated. Also at checkout I appreciated their patience as I experienced a glitch in trying to access my funds to complete the sale. Thankfully my daughter was able to pay for me. Otherwise, the sales folk were kind, respectful & accommodating! I am looking forward to the new mattress.”

“Amanda with the corporate office in AL was extremely helpful to fix our issue. We had a broken piece on a light fixture and she was able to replace it with a whole new one! She went above and beyond to resolve our issue. And the staff at the Brentwood store was very easy to work with when we went to pick it up. Their customer service and design help is excellent!”
“If I could put 10 stars I would. We just moved here from California and we left majority of our furniture behind because it was old lol. So we needed to buy a whole new everything! So went to 5 stores that felt like 15 stores because we had to walk look at pricing etc. Out of all the places we went to this one was it. Carolina and Billy were beyond amazing with assisting us and meeting our needs and not asking for an arm and our liver for furniture. You guys are so pleasant. “3/31/21: My husband and I just a great experience at Family Leisure/Nashville. I'm going to only review the Sales Associate, Bryan Daniel, here because we haven't received our patio furniture yet, so I can't speak as to the Delivery and Scheduling Office, etc. So, let me reserve the right to amend this review later based on that!First off, Bryan was super helpful! He showed us around the patio furniture floor, and answered all questions we had (and we had a lot!) He explained that some items were in stock, and others needed to be ordered, and we indicated that this is not a problem because we didn't actually need the set until early June -- this made his eyes light up and he said that they definitely would have all that we needed for delivery by that timeframe! He wrote up the ticket, let us check it over, made any alterations that were necessary, and added a few pillows to our order, and viola! We were in business and headed to check-out within about an hour of arriving at the doors! Very happy with his service...Now to wait for dispatch to call with a delivery time! [More to follow...]”

“The delivery guys from Antioch delivered my furniture in record time. They were friendly and they also helped me with staging the furniture in my new home. All of my furniture was assembled correctly. We got a really good on all of our furniture. The staff was helpful and not pushy.”
“We had a noise issue with our pump that was just an installed last August. The guy I spoke to (can’t remember his name) was super helpful in trying to help me troubleshoot. After that didn’t solve it, he quickly got me on the schedule for 2 days later! The repair guy, Tracy, determined that it was the filter and went ahead, changed it out and kept me informed the whole time he was there. He was Very helpful and informative.
I had further communications with another person at Family Leisure that same day and he was also super friendly and kept me updated on one more thing that needs to be completed this week. Thank you guys so much for making this effortless on my part and being NICE too!! That definitely goes a long way in my book.”
“Habitat for Humanity Nashville location pick-up service for donations to the ReStore is wonderful! The 2 drivers were sweet and careful as they loaded the truck with care. They knew President Jimmy Carter's birthday was yesterday, which shows how all affiliated with Habitat are true humanitarian! And how it helps when needing to let go of things to have an outlet like this. Thanks for all they do!”

There have been a few times my payment didn't go through, which was my fault, but they didn't bug me. Yes, they did call me, but I'm glad they did because I wouldn't have known in time, and I would have had to pay a late fee. Thank you for the great customer service!”
“Traveled a little over an hour to look at some furniture possibilities. While they didn't have what I wanted in store, they had wood samples readily available. We came on a weekend and there was ample staff ready to help. Store was clean. Looking forward to coming back.”

We went in for dog food and left with a whole cart of items!! Rex and his fellow female employee were super nice and very helpful ! Definitely should give them two a raise ! It is truly a hand crafted piece of furniture that I expect will last for generations. The bookcase is beautifully crafted and finished.
