“We took advantage of the 0% Memorial Day sale. We bought a couch and floor light. The couch is exactly what we wanted. The only issue if the floor light is partially functional. 1 of the 3 lights isn't operational. We're working with customer care and the sales rep to exchange.”

“Corey was very knowledgeable about flooring and helped us pick out the perfect hardwood flooring for our home. We felt we got a great deal too!
Unfortunately when our large order of flooring was delivered, the drivers told us they only set it outside on pallets and would not bring it in.
We called Corey and he apologized and said he would see what he could do about it. Because of the busy holiday weekend they used a 3rd party delivery service that was not their usual and they didn’t do what they were supposed to. Corey was great about making the bad situation right by offering a partial refund on our delivery fee since we had to bring it in ourselves. Sometimes mistakes happen and we were pleased with how it was handled.
We highly recommend them to anyone and will be back in the future when we need to more flooring for our next project! Thank you LL!”

We went in today looking for a loveseat that we needed in a very particular size. No budget-it could've been $500 or $2000. Rachel walked around with us and was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute delight. She was so funny, cool and full of great stories. We had a great time AND found the perfect loveseat. “Good clothes, except that when I went they didn't have many shoes or sandals in my size and I felt sad, just like in underwear there is no small size, only for people with large sizes, they should select that area so as not to waste time looking for what they don't know. find thanks”
