“My daughter rented a unit at US storage on Nolensville rd. and recommended them to me. So, I rented a unit for myself. My unit had outside access but with a nice gate and a security control panel. Eventually my daughter and I decided to merge our belongings into one big unit, in a climate controlled building. The whole process from doing paperwork to moving in was once again, incredibly smooth and easy. After our introductory offer expired on our unit, Janessa went above and beyond to help us negotiate our new price. Her colleague, Erin in the Clarksville location, is available to work with Janessa when needed and they make a great team. Janessa is always around and runs the place like a top, she does an amazing job. I’ve had no issues there. I go to my unit weekly and I feel safe when I do. I highly recommend US Storage!”

“Amazing customer service! I messed up my online reservation and had to push it back a two weeks. I received a call back those two weeks after just checking it and letting me know the hours I was able to come in. Once I arrived the whole experience was good. Friendly atmosphere and clean units. Even had locks on hand for sale. Great place and great location.”
“We have utilized the storage unit for over 2 years. We chose this storage complex because of the security and the assessibility of the complex. They provide multiple carts to help move your items into your unit and it is heated and cooled. Chris has been very helpful in answering our questions. We highly recommend using this complex.”

She's always so helpful and extremely nice. She made it so easy for me to add another atorage unit. The only thong I can think of that they dont have, is maybe a vending for drinks and snacks.”

“Ms.kathleen was an amazing delight to be with showed me my unit make sure that I was able to get the right size U-Haul so I was able to make it to the back of the storage complex due to the fact that my storage unit was all the way in the back in a corner, she gave Me to get back there with no issue the gate worked fine. I had no issues with getting in with the code. It was a delight to work with, and I’m glad that I chose the location. Definitely recommend”

We came back Monday and we were met with Linda Faye’s soft welcoming energy! She showed me 2 units and we were leased and out in 30 minutes. Very easy process :)”
