“This place has all my favorite games and many others. The monitors are all aligned and calibrated for proper color balance. I can tell the game technician is not only knowledgeable but takes his time with maintenance and repairs. The shifter on the Daytona 500 works perfectly, allowing for drifting. The Maximum Force/Area 51: Site 4 is the best JAMMA shooting game I’ve played in at least 10 years, let me know if you ever put Police Trainer in there, that’s a great target game. The price is about the same as it would have been for an hour of playing games (or 10 minutes if you die quickly). This place has free play, so everyone gets their full time to play.Hydro Thunder is in perfect working condition, including the force feedback steering system.Thank you for helping me get my classic video arcade game fix without breaking the bank, and with a large selection of vintage, classic, and redemption games.Keeping these machines alive is part of history.”

“My husband and I tried out Black Diamond Culinary cooking class in Franklin, TN for a new date night idea. It was fantastic!! Kris greeted us so warmly and the place is amazing. Upscale and well designed. We joined 6 other couples in the class. You sit at a U shape island. When you sit down you are welcomed with a wine option and a description about it. This particular class was focused on making homemade noodles for lasagna. You get a little history lesson about the dishes made. We got to enjoy a meal there and got to take a meal home for this particular dinner class. They do corporate events, school classes and have many other options. I highly recommend them! I have already told all of our friends and family if they are tired of the same ole restaurant date nights and want to try something unique they need to check out Black Diamond Culinary and book a class in the new year!”

“If you are looking for a barn wedding venue, look no further than Saddle Woods Farm. My husband and I got married here in October and from the minute we stepped on the property we were blown away. Every detail is thought of from the barn itself, to the bridal cottage and the groomsman suite down to getting the horses ready to take pictures with you. The family that owns the venue is amazing and incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. Everything was amazing, if we could do it all over again we would pick Saddle Woods Farm over and over again!! Thank you again for making our day so incredibly special!”

“We participated in the food and wine pairing and loved it! The wines we tasted were sophisticated and as good as anything we have tried from California or Europe. The food pairings were unique without being assaulting to the palate. The favorite wine of the evening was the Cabernet or the Prosecco-type sparkling wine. The gift shop didn't have a ton to offer but what they had was tasteful and high quality. Highly recommend for events or private bookings.”

“Very nice looking facility and staff were very responsive and professional. Would have really liked to have a wedding there, however no one under 21 is allowed at their events when alcohol is present. I will definitely consider this place for a different kind of function in the future, however that particular requirement made it impractical as a wedding venue for me.”

“We toured Traveller’s Rest for the first time today with Dani. It was an absolute pleasure! Out of all the historical places we have ever visited Dani is one of the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides! She is friendly, personable, and professional! The home and grounds are immaculate! The information was presented in a factual yet impactful manner and was not saturated in opinion. It was a wonderful experience and we definitely plan on a return visit! Thank you again!”

“Horrible experience. Stayed here in august and someone on their staff changed our reservation from a 2 Queen suite to a 1, which wouldn’t have been so bad if there wasn’t four of us staying. When we got there, they were completely booked and we were stuck with our changed reservation. The girl working the desk called several guests that were checking in that day to see if she could get us moved to a different room. Finally found a king suite and switched us over and told us there would be a pull out bed, as well. We get to the room and there’s only the bed and a recliner. Asked for a rolling cot but they were out of those, so my sister had to sleep in the recliner. On top of that, our bathroom door didn’t latch and we found a viagra on the nightstand that housekeeping missed. Just thankful I found it before my 16 month old did!!! Called the hotel twice to get a copy of our receipt so I could get a refund and no one ever sent it. Called customer service and they took my phone and e-mail but I’ve never heard anything back. I just want a refund! Absolutely ridiculous experience all the way around.”

“Three adults stayed overnight, 20-21 December 2023. The hotel is located just off of I-65, very convenient. Occasionally heard some road noise as expected. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, kind and engaging. The included breakfast was well prepared, hot and well stocked. My only very minor complaint is that the furniture-installed outlet strips are so worn out that plugs literally fall out of them, rendering them useless for using a laptop or recharging electronics. The hotel is priced appropriately for the location and I would happily stay there again.Rooms: The room was fairly large - two queen beds, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The heat worked well without being too much and was quiet when running. The bathroom was large and clean.”

“I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Tennessee. The area literally has food for everyone. Vegan, gluten-free, nut free you name it. I'm very impressed with this area. Hopefully I can get enough money to move out here but this is such a gorgeous area and honestly the people are very nice. This will be the go-to spa when I go see the cavernsNearby activities: You got the city but it's not like right in the area which is nice. I don't like too much refresh so this is good for people who are elderly, disabled, couples or people who just want to get away. I did like that. It wasn't that bombarded with children eitherSafety: The areas are nice suburban spot which is right outside the city and away from the riffraff. Honestly. It's got a little bit of country hospitality and suburban aestheticFood & drinks: There's everything around town. You got barbecue you got vegan and you even got gluten free. Honestly, I was so impressed with this area. I'm willing to move out here in the future. But first we got to wait on the market crash lol”

“The location is great first of all. Brentwood is really beautiful area. The staff were extremely kind, down to earth and accommodating. The night staff on 5/24, the morning/day staff on 5/25 treated me really well. The biggest issue with this hotel is what others have stated, it’s out dated and my room smelled kind of funky. The sheets smelled clean, like detergent and bleach so that made me feel better. The toilet had a lot of body hair on the top of the lid. These are things that I cleaned myself and it didn’t freak me out because the rest of the room was so-so. The coffee maker didn’t work, but they had coffee downstairs. The bed was my biggest concern and I appreciate that whoever cleans the room focused on putting clean sheets. I think the staff needs huge raises because they’re giving excellent service in a place that really needs a serious deep clean and upgrade and I’m sure that people give them a hard time about it but there’s only so much you can do. Thank you to the Simply Sonesta staff for being so kind during my stay. Upper management ya’ll need to pay them more, they deserve it!”

“Good stuff: The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location is great. The room was nice and dark and the room temperature was easy to adjust and maintain. The quick breakfast offerings were plentiful and mostly portable, which is very convenient if you're in a hurry. Not good stuff: The elevators seem rickety and have spongy floors. The hallways are not well-insulated from sound, so amorous couples beware - you will be overheard by anyone walking down the hall (unfortunately, that is not an assumption on my part). The mattress in my room was cupped on the sides with a hard mound down the center, which tells me it's well past its replacement age (it was not restful sleep). The water pressure in the shower was really low until I rotated the shower head to center, which then delivered excessive water pressure (there are only two settings - no in-between).So, great staff, great location, great breakfast, but it's not great for a good night's rest.”
