“Grew up down the street from Carnton. Its changed a bit. You used to have to go through cemetery to get to mansion. Took my wife there at night on first date. We saw a ghost on front porch. Others have seen ghost also.”
“I participated in a Black Diamond experience as a corporate team building activity and it was so much fun! Kris and Tim graciously welcomed us to their beautiful home and led us through making bruschetta and fresh pasta. The class was thoughtfully paced to leave us plenty of time to socialize. The food and wine were delicious. Highly recommend for a group outing in Franklin!”
“I wish I had more time to stay. We originally came for the bakery but there is so much more to see than I expected. The building itself is super cool with its old factory industrial look mixed with a very modern twist that gives the whole place a unique atmosphere. Like I said I really wish I had more time to walk around and explore all of the different stores and monuments because it seemed like there was something interesting everywhere you looked. Hopefully next time I can spend more time there. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.”

“4-1/2 stars! The staff was friendly and seemed well-versed in customer service. Breakfast offerings were consistent each morning, with a wide variety. It was nice that there was a table for eight in the dining area (we made up a party of seven). The one-bedroom suite was spacious; bedroom/bathroom 'suite' could be closed off from sitting area. The room is showing some wear, especially in the bathroom. The water in the shower took several minutes to warm up, and had an extremely weak stream on hot (which was needed for warm enough shower).”

“My stay at Reunion Stay was THE BEST THING EVER! The house is state-of-the-art with it's amenities and still has a homey feel! I got my own room and bathroom and I've never slept that good outside of my own house. The beds were so comfortable, the location is perfect, and the pool/hot tub/games were just what we needed!I will definitely be back!!”

“The room was extremely clean, and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and well organized. Everything in the room was clean, neat, and comfortable.
The staff were all so kind and lovely. I especially loved that the breakfast had great vegetarian options—it was absolutely wonderful! 😍

“Nicely preserved theatre on the Main Street of Franklin. The acoustics were good for a songwriter’s showcase and the space small enough for the performances to feel intimate. After 17:00 it’s free to park on the street outside for more than 2 hours, and there’s a large multi-storey around the corner.”
