“My wife and I moved to this area from Blount County a little less than a year ago. Our first grocery stop was this Aldi, and it's a great store.
Brooke, one member of their wonderful staff has been incredibly kind to us since our first visit, and made us feel welcome to the neighborhood from day one, and continues to do so on every visit.
She's obviously a hard worker, but her friendliness and overall concern for customers should be applauded. We look forward to seeing her cheerful smile and saying hi to her every week when we go shopping.”
“We went to pick up milk and carnation instant breakfast mix, but we couldn't find the mix. We asked the lady employee at the self checkout if she knew where to find it. She looked it up and then came and helped us to find it. She made our shopping trip very pleasant. Thank you for your help Ms Lady. Update for Food City Oak Ridge on our visit, August 12th we think, they were very busy and we had over a $200 order. In our hurrying to get those behind us through we accidentally rushed out without a couple of our bags making it into our cart. Long story short we realized that we had several missing items & called as soon as we could. A few of our items like stick packs for water and like mio drops were what we noticed 1st and we told the lady about those, but that we were unsure right then what else. She asked if we'd used our value card & of course we did so she located our receipt & recognized those were some things she knew were found left & noted for her coworkers that we would be going through our list to see what else wasn't in our kitchen. When we arrived the next day after work with our receipt list of about 9 or 10 items the store's employee crew were just great and dealt with everything very kindly but professionally, with polite courtesy as quickly as possible, allowing for us to go get our forgotten things withoutalot of drama or hassle. TO EVERY ONE OF THEM, YOU were ALL ON POINT,(as per usual)! That's real truth, & another reason why we love our Oak Ridge Food City. Thank you again. ?? G.J. Tuck”
“We went there to get baby formula and food for my baby. This store was definitely well stocked, and looked pretty organized. The self checkout snacks was pretty stocked too, especially compared to other Walmarts I been too. Some staff were nice as well. They did not mind speaking just to say, “hello.””
“They no longer carry a few items i was shopping for. But still great to have DG close to home and not have to fight the battles of people, parking, long lines etc at big grocery stores .”

“Pulled up to Weigel’s late Friday night and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier, Jordan, was super friendly and honestly made my whole night. He didn’t just ring me up and send me on my way — he was chill, cracked a few jokes, had me laughing, and made the whole place feel way more like a vibe than a gas station at midnight. Jordan made me feel welcome and treated me like a real person, not just another customer. That kind of energy sticks with you. I Appreciate people like that ?”
“Get gas here regularly and never had any issues. Kroger fuel points are easy to apply and price isn't bad.
There appears to be some sort of drainage issue with the roof. You can see where it leaks out of the seams near the edge. Not an issue for the custom, but probably something clogged in the gutter system.”
“I placed a large order with another grocery store a month in advance, verified the day before, to only have them cancel at 10 am before I was scheduled to pick up my order at 1 pm. This order was for my school for a special event. Called Food City and Ms Paula understood my panic and tears - did my order in 1 hour. Your local grocery store and people from the community just treat you better! 5 stars for saving the day!”
“The Dollar General store in East Oak Ridge is busy most of the time. It has very nice personnel. I think this store should be made into a Super Store so it could carry more products.”
“Small mom & pop gas station/convenience store. They have the usual on a couple small isles, large coolers on two walls and all your hemp and glass needs. They always recognize me and have my cigarettes available by the time I get to the counter.”
“I've been to Kroger stores from Ohio down through Florida... This location is the nicest and largest Krogers I've ever shopped at. Bought a Sashimi and Sushi order to go. It was the freshest and best quality I've ever bought from a grocery store. Overall, this store has the largest and best selection in everything.”

“I was shocked to see that the ratings for this pharmacy were low. I have been using them for 3 years and never had any issue with them. My prescriptions are are filled on time, the staff if always friendly, and they have helped me save the most money by helping me understand the different insurances and programs that I have. It's the only place I go.”
“I live right down the road and it's one of two gas stations I stop at everyday. The family is NOT rude. I am always greeted with warmth and leave with a better day. They've taken back defective vapes and exchanged with no problems. Some of ya'll need to chill out. Check your vibe first.”
