“Much better service and knowledgeable staff at an independent market. They also have a much better selection of local and regional products, that you just can't seem to find anywhere else.”
“Get gas here regularly and never had any issues. Kroger fuel points are easy to apply and price isn't bad.
There appears to be some sort of drainage issue with the roof. You can see where it leaks out of the seams near the edge. Not an issue for the custom, but probably something clogged in the gutter system.”
“We went to pick up milk and carnation instant breakfast mix, but we couldn't find the mix. We asked the lady employee at the self checkout if she knew where to find it. She looked it up and then came and helped us to find it. She made our shopping trip very pleasant. Thank you for your help Ms Lady. Update for Food City Oak Ridge on our visit, August 12th we think, they were very busy and we had over a $200 order. In our hurrying to get those behind us through we accidentally rushed out without a couple of our bags making it into our cart. Long story short we realized that we had several missing items & called as soon as we could. A few of our items like stick packs for water and like mio drops were what we noticed 1st and we told the lady about those, but that we were unsure right then what else. She asked if we'd used our value card & of course we did so she located our receipt & recognized those were some things she knew were found left & noted for her coworkers that we would be going through our list to see what else wasn't in our kitchen. When we arrived the next day after work with our receipt list of about 9 or 10 items the store's employee crew were just great and dealt with everything very kindly but professionally, with polite courtesy as quickly as possible, allowing for us to go get our forgotten things withoutalot of drama or hassle. TO EVERY ONE OF THEM, YOU were ALL ON POINT,(as per usual)! That's real truth, & another reason why we love our Oak Ridge Food City. Thank you again. ?? G.J. Tuck”

“Very nice gas station.At least when you pay for something there you get it.I switched gas stations as of tonight I like the service there at Weigles far better.You never have to wait long in line.They're on it and get it done.Their service and product prices on sodas way better and they are cleaner too.I work very gard for my money and treated me with the respect I deserve.Place is nice and clean and immaculate spotless.Was so impressed they made a new return customer out of me.I switched from the mess to them.They treat me with resoect.I mean 8.00 is 8.00.The other gas station didn't care.Weigles cares.I really enjoyed my experience.They take pride in the place and in how they treat us as customers.I so appreciated that tonight Thank you to a job well done.That cashier deserves a raise Well done.”
“I placed a large order with another grocery store a month in advance, verified the day before, to only have them cancel at 10 am before I was scheduled to pick up my order at 1 pm. This order was for my school for a special event. Called Food City and Ms Paula understood my panic and tears - did my order in 1 hour. Your local grocery store and people from the community just treat you better! 5 stars for saving the day!”

“So glad I switched to this pharmacy. Super convenient, easy to access drive-thru. Prompt service. I take extremely important mental health medications that I cannot miss and they ALWAYS have my prescriptions ready on time. I have never had an issue picking up my medication here. Prices are actually lower than my old pharmacy too. The employees here are so pleasant and personable. Chris and Zach are the best. Having my pharmacy greet and say goodbye to me by name leaves a lasting impression.”

“You continue to hire quality people to represent your store! I have had great customer service from Richard and Luke. I got to add one more employee to your stand outs. I met Kimberly Smith for the first time last week and her method of handling a high intensity volume inspires me. Beverage distributors and food delivery arrived at the same time; she was stocking a display; 3 fuel pumps were being used, and 2 more people walked in before me. I watched Kimberly handle each one at a time with a smile. She practiced efficiency and individual attention even though it was a laborious stretch for one person. “I've been to Kroger stores from Ohio down through Florida... This location is the nicest and largest Krogers I've ever shopped at. Bought a Sashimi and Sushi order to go. It was the freshest and best quality I've ever bought from a grocery store. Overall, this store has the largest and best selection in everything.”

“To call out a review by Bill Cetta on here, please ignore his frustrations. You cannot put a fully loaded box onto a belt at Aldi, most smart shoppers know it’s holds up the cashiers and the line, but it’s incredibly rude and not how Aldi works. Aldi workers are not paid nor inclined to bag or box your stuff. They never have unless it’s slow or they insist themselves. Aldi’s has great prices and quality, give it a chance for yourself and don’t let the review of a butt hurt one time shopper deter you.”
