“I bought a 08 town and country knowing it had some electrical gremlins. The transmission was one of them. It gave me 10k miles and many family trips before it finally went out on me on our last trip. It got me home and from many referrals this shop was the only place I went. He was fairly priced for what I needed and had a warranty on his workmanship! He was definitely fair on prices completely rebuilding and less than I was quoted at another place for swapping a used transmission in when I’d first bought the van. Finally took my car to Firestone they fixed my brakes (they feel good as new) and I spoke with Jesse on the phone and in the store at drop off and he was extremely kind and helpful. “Very great staff!! I'd suggest going an hour or so ahead of planned time if you have somewhere to go. I may have just caught them on a busy day. Also, others may have had appointments. I was a walk in & needed 1 tire. It was $82 the cheapest tire, w/no extras, no insurance, no balancing, etc. The staff was very helpful with helping me put oil in afterwards. Free of charge. I had bought the oil prior, & needed help on opening the oil cap. They also checked it. Very kind. ?”
