“I just want to thank you all for your hospitality! We drove to Tennessee from New Hampshire when we got here we ended up losing our power steering. These kind people helped my father out big time! Our family is forever grateful. - The O’Day Family”
“My car started acting up after a long family road trip to pigeon forge. I wanted to have a set of eyes on it to make sure we didn’t have a major issue before driving back. They squeezed us in on a very busy day and were extremely kind and transparent.”
“Got my truck and trailer stuck on a steep hill and in the ditch. 11 o'clock at night. Called them up and he was here in 20 mins just like he said. Wasn't able to get me out but refered me to a company that could. In the mean time gave us a ride on to our cabin, got my daughter settled in and safe and then gave me a ride back to my truck and hung out and shot the breeze until just before the other company showed up. Great guy. Put the safety of getting my truck and trailer out over making some money after getting out of bed to help. Highly recommend if you need a tow or auto mechanic!!! Thank you”
“Well first off they have an amazing crew and great staff. I had a belt broke on one of my tires and need it replaced on Labor Day. They where open very helpful and polite but ended instead of one tire I got all four installed and balanced under an hour. I Recommend them 100%”

“Our car was making a funny noise while we were on vacation in Pigeon Forge. We dropped by O'Reilly to check the car out and thought it might be the alternator. Parked right beside us happen to be an Automobile Antidote Van. As Alex walked out we stopped him to get his opinion on our car. He was on another job atm but stopped to diagnose our car. We ended up asking him if he could work on it for us and he found time to do it. Unfortunately the alternator we needed wasn't going to get here until the next morning. My husband left our keys and his credit card with this complete stranger and I was a bit worried. But we went on about our day and Uber wherever we wanted to go. Our vacation was not wasted at all. The next morning we contacted Alex and he let us know the car was almost done. We got there as soon as he was done and was go to go! We drove to Knoxville that same day and the next day made it back home to NC! Thank you Alex! ?”
