“First time taking a pet to this vet. Our previous vet retired. My 10 month old gsd was not happy to be taken out of the room by a stranger. Instead of stressing her out, they came back and had me help get her on the scale. Because she was stressed the vet spent 45 minutes just talking to her and giving her tiny treats so earn her trust. When the time came for an ear swab & shots(after 45 minutes of trust building) they were amazing.
Yes it's pricey, but no more than any other vet in the area.
The time they took to let our pup feel comfortable was above and beyond what was expected. We will be using them for all the future care of our pets.”
“I love this place!!! The large animal hospital is located behind the small animal hospital. The doctor I take my baby (a birchen orpinton Rooster) for everything, and this place is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They are so kind and careful with their patients, and the front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful with questions and emergency appointments. This place is just awesome!!!!”

“Everyone is really nice, you can tell they really care for the animals. Scheduling appointments is easy and they provide texting reminders and calls, too. Great staff, and Dr. Wilson is an amazing and extremely knowledgeable DVM. Maggie's been for laser therapy multiple times and it's really helping with her arthritis.”

“Unfortunately me and my mom had to have our 16yr old dog put to sleep. Pinecrest isnt my usual vet, but they are closed due to flooding. Everyone I spoke to at Pinecrest was sweet and understanding. We were a mess, but no one made us feel bad for it. Dr.Kapoor was emphatic and even tho he had never met my dog prior, it felt like he really cared about him. Dr.Kapoor sent us a card with a handwritten note in the mail expressing his condolences. I am so touched and grateful for the people who helped us during a very sad time.”

“I have been here several times with my cats, and each time, my total comes up to half of what I thought it would be. I receive the absolute best care, with updates on my babies each step of the way. I love that they check with you before doing any procedure or treatment and get approval on the costs. Even if there is a bit of a wait, it is worth it to be able to be seen when you need to without an appointment. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints about them! If you're looking for a vet, this is the place to go, no questions asked!!”

“Good people that take care of your fur baby's. They have always taken care of my great dane Samoa Jane and she can be a double handful at times. The only downfall is the cost. If you live on a fixed budget like me it's really hard to come up with the extra money. Other than the cost which comes with pretty much every veterinarian clinic I have no complaints!!!”

They took exceptional care of Tiger Lily, a stray kitten/cat that decided she'd move in, sleep with us, kill all the mice, snakes, or whatever she found outside and share it with us (so thoughtful!).
Dr Moore is an "above and beyond" person (to taking Tiger Lily, and other pets home with her during the recent flood).”
“3 weeks exactly tonight, I had to let my BooKitty go. She would have been 19 years in December. It was the hardest thing to do! I appreciate everyone at Airport Emergency, they are the most kindest people ever! They had my friend and I go into the comfort room, it is set up like a living room and I said my goodbyes. Then when I was done, I rang a bell and I held my Boo as she left this world. They were so calming to me and thoughtful, they even made paw prints for me and held her body for a few days, cause my friend's husband made her a casket. My friend and I were amazed with how great this place was. I truly appreciate y'all!!! Thank you so much ?This picture was taken the night before I had to let her go. ❤️?”
