We just recently bought our wedding bands, and they came in within a little over a week. “I cannot express enough what this place has done for us. My husband came with my wedding ring a few months back they resized both bands and placed a baguette back in the ring, then we had to have it welded. When we got it welded I was unhappy with the placement (no fault of the jeweler just the ring type) we returned today and David the jeweler came out and spoke to us, he made sure to confirm what was really the problem and verify what outcome we wanted. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feel validated. I will post a picture when I receive the ring back but thank you all so much! We will be continued customers for a very long time! ?”

We heard about Kimball’s and my fiancé went in to ask them how much it would be to fix it and they were so kind and helpful and offered to help at no charge. I don’t know if that is a common courtesy for most jewelry places or not, but I can say that Kimball’s went the extra mile to be courteous and fix our issue. “I cannot recommend this boutique enough! Although I have never been in person, the customer service was phenomenal when it came to an urgent matter with my package. I had paid for two day shipping, expecting one of their dresses to arrive for a wedding I had four days later. After not receiving the package a full day later, I reached out to them to see what the issue was (remember, I had paid A LOT extra for the expedited shipping). When the package was nowhere to be tracked, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress the day before the wedding!!! Texting me updates and everything along the way... Once I got the original package in the mail (a whole week late), they were more than happy to accommodate me where necessary. Thank you so much to the girls that helped me!”
