“Markman’s has a large selection of traditional and unique pieces to choose from. Last year they did an amazing job helping us pick out my engagement ring and a band to go with it.
My fiancé and i had talked a lot prior about doing something untraditional to fit “us” but i really wanted something beautiful to treasure that resembles the way i felt about our life together. I never really had a dream ring and had no idea what i would decide on. The jeweler, Mrs C.K., did a fantastic job helping me see what attracted me to certain rings. Petite didn’t suite my personality or lifestyle but too big is too much for me. I tend to like elongated styles but worried marquise would get caught on clothing, etc. For a woman I tend to do rough work like ranch and warehouse work so she suggested an edged shape to the underside that gives the ring more strength. So many great things we didn’t know we could customize for the perfect ring… we left the same day with a purchase i was very happy with- and was totally stunned on the day he proposed and i saw it the first time.
Now, just under a year later, i knocked my hand on a cardboard compactor and a small diamond fell out. I was crushed, but i brought my ring in (and my band) to get it fixed and get both resized. They serviced my ring completely free and cleaned it and it is a gorgeous as ever! Highly recommend!”

“Super cute shop with lots of great items. I loved seeing all the wacky UT themed earrings and apparel. They also carry regular, non-orange clothing and accessories, as well as shoes, gifts, home and bath items, books, jewelry and more. There's so much to see and this would be a go-to spot for me for gifts if I lived in the area. I went in twice while staying downtown and fell in love with this cute leather cross-body bag. I was curious to see if the brand/designer was local, so I looked it up online. It was not local and the bag was steeply discounted online (50% off) vs the price at Bliss, so I ended up ordering it online directly from the brand. I do love to support local businesses and shops, but I also have to consider my budget. That being said, this is a great place to stop for a unique souvenir or gift for yourself or someone else!”

“I’ve been on the search for a new bridal set for several months finding nothing that caught my attention or that would look nice on my hand. In passing we visited this Zales location with no intention or hopes of a purchase. Instantly my daughter and I were warmly greeted by Tami and rather quickly I found a set that caught my eye. She helped me a great deal and I fell in love with the set she allowed me to try on. She was never pushy and the whole experience was relaxing. I’m happy to report after 24 yrs of marriage and wanting that upgrade to a bridal set that Tami helped me achieve that. The set I purchased was already discounted and she informed me while purchase it was on an additional sale. Win!! I needed to have the ring down sized quite considerably but Tami helped in that process as well since I wasn’t exactly sure of my ring size due to weight loss. Zales continues to be ‘my’ jewelry shop (we have purchased from another Zales in the past). Thank you for providing a vast array of rings and keeping with trends and classics.
