Michael from the Scenic City fixed our shower, replaced water heater pipes and installed a Water Filter System (Whole House Filter & Salt-Free Softener Combo). He has done an outstanding job with a picture perfect final product. He did the entire work very methodically and neatly. He is found to be proactive in detecting and diagnosing problems related to plumbing. “Love to wander the isles in the store. Have consistently been disappointed in their bi-metal blades but everything else I have had great luck out of. Sign up and use their coupons, I have gotten a number of free items with a purchase. They also randomly have 10%-25% of single item coupons that come in handy, on most items, check restrictions. Usually pretty helpful locating items when you can't find them. Don't rely on the states inventory available in the app, I have found it to be wildly inaccurate (but that is not a Harbor Freight exclusive problem ?)”

He was very knowledgeable about all of the plants, and we had a great conversation about the store's selection. He helped me pick one out and explained the care. “I usually buy all my home improvement project supplies at 'Homie Depot' or Lowe's. Of course, I never miss the garden section since I am such a lover of flowers and plants. We recently moved, and I converted the front hall closet into a pantry since the kitchen didn't have one. The room I converted was attached to the kitchen, so it made more sense to be a pantry instead of a coat closet. I'm not sure why the complex didn't just convert it themselves. They tend not to want to spend any money on upgrades, but I did ask. The room sizes in apartments here in Tennessee are smaller than what I am accustomed to, so utilizing every inch of space in an efficient way is essential. I wanted to accomplish making an efficient space with shelves, hooks, and bins, and doing it by making the conversion temporary. I did not want to have to 'put it back' so to speak when I moved out. Mission accomplished. So I chose several of these cool black wire 3-shelf goodies which came in a box that was VERY lightweight to carry. I'm not very handy when it comes to assembling anything [especially IKEA furniture lol], but these shelving units were a cinch. There were even YouTube videos showing the complete assembly done by several YouTubers. There are many more larger sizes to choose from, but this one worked so well, and was manageable for me. I bought one more to use against the end of the kitchen cabinets and it looks very modern. I use this one to house decorative kitchen pieces and frequently-used items. With the already-existing shelf in the closet, these worked out perfectly for what I needed to store, as well as it freeing up space in the limited amount of cabinets in the kitchen. Actually, I got quite good at assembling these. So good that I ended up buying several more of these units for my huuuuuugeeeeee walk-in closet!”
“So I did not actually visit this store. I found it online because it was close to a family member who was in need of help. I called and talked to the assistant manager and I am so glad I did. He was more than willing to help and was extremely polite and professional. He went above and beyond to help. The products I purchased needed to be delivered to because my sister does not get around very well. He helped me set up delivery and was able to get it delivered quick! My sister told me that the delivery person was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous and deserves the best review possible. So, if great service is what you like, shop here.
