“Max & Hunter are awesome employees of Scenic City. They did quite a few repairs (leaky faucets & clogged sink) for us. The office called to make sure they could come earlier than planned. They stayed on task. Two very smart young men that Scenic City is blessed to have as employees!! Only plumbing company our family ever uses.”

They offer plumbing products, some tools, lots of stuff for gardening, seed, feed and specialize in all building materials.”

“We have been doing business with Nicole at the Cleveland location for years. Today we couldn’t make it to Cleveland so we called Nicole and asked if we could pick up at the Chattanooga location, she was able to transfer the pick up to the Chattanooga location for us. When we got to the Chattanooga location we got the paperwork settled and went out to the yard where William and Shawn were awesome and got us loaded and on our way. “Caleb was so helpful and kind. He made my mom’s summer by cutting the bad ends off of these above ground cake step handrails and replacing it with pvc pipe. These handrails are no longer available! He saved her from having to spend $300 or more on new stairs. Thank you!! Click on the picture to see Caleb’s handy work.”

“This place is what hardware stores used to be. The crew here is incredibly friendly and actually knows their stuff. Every time I go in, someone asks if I need help and they genuinely mean it - not just pointing you to an aisle, but walking you through solutions.
Yeah, prices might be a bit higher than Home Depot or Lowe's, but I'll gladly pay the difference. At the big boxes you're wandering around forever trying to find someone, and when you do they have no clue. Here? They know exactly what you need and often suggest better solutions than what you came in for.
The team remembers customers and treats you like a neighbor, not a transaction. That matters. If you value actual expertise and friendly service over saving two bucks, this is your spot. Love this crew.”

“Atlas Bolt is a fantastic supply store for Milwaukee tools. They offer a great selection of PPE and job safety equipment as well as any variety of fasteners and hardware one might need for the job (as the name would suggest). One thing that always annoys me is that nothing in the store has a price label. Im sure the price of something doesn’t matter to a customer with a P/O number for a job that his contractor is paying for, but if Im in there to get something for the job Im working at and I see something I would like for home or my personal tools which I intend to purchase with my money, then I wanna know how much that something is..”
“I only needed a 2 foot piece of 2/0 cable for an inverter project and they took care of me. Not only that, when they didn’t have the exact lugs I needed they sent right to a place that did have exactly what I needed.”
“Recently my son had to start dialysis treatment for kidney failure. To do this he needed a touchless hand sanitizer dispenser, so I looked on line and this ACE hardware was the only one that showed one “ in-stock”. So I drove 35 miles to this one so I could get one & install it for him. When I got to the store, I could not find them, so I went to the service counter & showed this guy what I was looking for & he had a worried look on his face but told me to hang on for a minute while he looked for it. He came back & told me that during COVID those were hot sellers & the inventory may not have been updated. This guy was determined to help me out somehow. He ended getting a new putty knife off of the rack, & took one of the store’s dispenser off of the wall & told me to take it. I offered to pay for it, but he said absolutely not. As I was leaving, he stopped me & said I will be praying for your son…. I did not get his name but I want everyone to know that these folks at this ACE are kind caring folks & have restored my faith in humanity. Thanks again for your help & kindness!!!!”

Seriously, best Ace garden center ever. Great staff. Healthy plants. Great prices. Love this place. There are 2 aces significantly closer to me, but when I want a plant, I will absolutely drive this far.

“The Stone Source helped us design and install a replacement for the tile and hearths surrounding our double sided gas log fireplace, which definitely needed updating. Anna Baker showed us their many samples in both the showroom and the large warehouse, and offered suggestions on tile styles and color combinations. Their demolition and installation crews were very professional, taking the time to clean up prior to leaving at the end of each day. We are thrilled with how the project turned out, and will absolutely contact the Stone Source for our next tile project.”

“Decent budget tools. I've been collecting the Bauer collection and not a single issue once. It's super cheap too to get a 1 or 3 year warranty for leave of mind. Ive used a lot of Milwaukee and tbh I prefer Bauer.”

“Luke is awesome! He's one of the best managers I've ever dealt with at Ace Hardware. Talk about great service! I needed help getting my mower blades off my zero-turn mower that have never been removed before, and it wasn't easy! My tools weren't strong enough and Ace was willing to help me out. Luke was up for the job and we tried a little bit of everything until we finally got them off. He pretty much did everything and I was the moral support. He even sharpened the blades while I was there, where normally you'd have to wait a day or two before you could pick them up. Great manager with a lot of drive to get the job done right. I really appreciate the help! Its hard to find a motivated worker these days. Luke deserves a raise! Not a pizza party! A RAISE!!!”
