“This store was way better than the one in Cleveland and they even had a meat department! It was organized and HUGE. The first thing I noticed was the little seasonal section at the front. It was actually seasonally appropriate and well designed. They just had so much stuff and so, so cheap! My buy of the day were those giant Naked strawberry banana for only 2.49!! The cashier was fast and efficient and really kind. We hit her with an overflowing cart and she didn't get irritated with us. Love this place, worth the drive to Athens!!”
“Expensive. I go mostly for the unsalted fresh made tortilla chips and tortellini (they carry the brand we like and they often run sales on it). I definitely can't afford to shop there for everything. Thought I might pick up a few things when I went for tortilla chips recently. Holy moly! A regular small bag of chocolate chips was $6+.”

“Prices are fair on some stuff and high on others,the produce is always good fresh, Then we wanted to get some chicken and was told that we had to order it the day before. What??!! NOW this is in the "Vonore Store," So what's up with that ? Does anyone know? But overall I like shopping there.”

“We were given the opportunity to fundraise at this store, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff—from the owner all the way to the cart wrangler, some of the best people I’ve ever met. The customers were just as kind—loving, generous, and supportive.
While we were there, I also got to do a little shopping, and I was genuinely impressed. Great selection, including some hard-to-find items you’d usually only see in high-end grocery stores.

“I live in etowah but i go to Benton ....because the workers are nice they aren't yelling to other workers in the store about other workers and beating them up and they have their stock put up. Seems in etowah they are so busy gossiping stock is NEVER put up and thwy don't care if you can't get around”

“Some of the people working there were not too friendly one girl wrung up my mom's lottery ticket wrong an never ask her if she wanted the power play an just charged her for it an my mom refused to pay for it an the girl called the police on my mom for refusing to pay for her mistake an the police officer told her that he couldn't do anything about it an the girl called her manager an the manager told her she couldn't make my mom pay for her mistake so the manager came to the store to fix it an my mom never went back there they need to train these girls better about asking the customer what they want..only right”

“A brief shop in the evening followed by an overnight stay in their parking lot, this is a decent sized Supercenter. I picked up some meat and cheese and that was really all I needed, but I did walk the rest of the store. Decently well stocked, I found a good selection in bedding and personal care. No trash on the floor. I was greeted three times by associates. The parking lot is tidy and the cart corrals were not full. For the RVers, park on the north side near the "horse shelter" (yes, there's a horse shelter) and you should be undisturbed. [Review 18852 overall - 375 in Tennessee - 2375 of 2022.]”
“Super cool cashier! I was tired, my meds were kicking in and boy she just rolled the dice with me, and had fun with my antics for a minute or two. Lol! Super friendly staff, large section, unbeatable prices, and I got in, found what I needed, stood in line, had my ' medication moment ' with the cashier, and was back on the road to the House, in UNDER about 4 minutes total! “It has everything you need. I think the meat prices are more than other stores. And I wish they would stay open 24/7. I don't like having to check myself out. I wasn't trained for that job. But I don't want to miss something and get a shoplifting charge. I don't understand why have the employees when they just stand there unless you call them for help. We need full time check out employees. It's not my fault if something goes wrong. I wasn't trained to do that job. Get with it Wal Mart.”
“This is a hometown store, where everybody knows everybody. The staff are always friendly, helpful, greets you by name, or remembers that you hadn't been in the store for a while. The store is always clean, great prices, love the dollar aisle.”
