“I took my car for collision repairs caused by another party. Everyone at the local guys collision was wonderful to work with! They were all very prompt and professional in their work was immaculate! I was also impressed with their communication skills as they took on the lead to communicate with the insurance to get the job done and paid for. It took me out of the worry and hassle of being the middleman which I greatly appreciated! Not that I want another wreck to my vehicle or something else to fix, but I would definitely go back to this garage and I have already referred people their way! “I was looking for a good place to get my brand new car ceramic coated and Max Detailing did not disappoint. If your on the fence to find a good reputable highly professional detailing work done on your hard earned vehicle, look no further and do yourself a favor and get your vehicle taken care of here. I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide.I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!”

Let me tell you guys about this place.. more specifically, Peter.This time last year, my old car was totaled in a deer accident and they didn't actually get to work on it, but Peter was so helpful til the end.Last month, somebody keyed my brand new car after failing to break in. I was so upset. I called Peter and instantly, he remembered me and assured I would be taken care of.I set my date to bring it in, he had my rental pick me up, I have received updates both from Peter AND their text system letting me know what is going on.Oh, and he loves my dog Rocco and was nice to him too. I got my car back today and couldn't believe how well they matched my red. AND they detailed my entire car for me. Felt like a million bucks.Whatever you do, don't stop this quality of service. It is seriously the best.Should negative circumstances ever lead me back to a body shop, these guys have my business for life.”

“These folks are the best. I pulled my front bumper partway off on a low post in the grocery parking lot. This car only has a couple years max left in it and I did not want to get a new bumper! Mark popped it back on, screwed it securely in place, and didn't charge me. “I am new to the area and did not know who to trust. I had been in the Automotive field for 7 years and have a strong understanding on how things work. I hit a raccoon after my first week in town in my 2021 Tesla Model 3. At first I thought there was just minor cosmetic damage to the small lower grille, but then I started noticing issues the next day or 2. The Tesla Service Center in Knoxville referred me to a few different body shops. Stinnett's being the only one in Maryville. I chose to trust them.I worked with Shawn and we had a little bit of a bumpy start dealing with the insurance and teardown needed. Shawn was patient through the process and despite me knowing how things work, he did a great job explaining everything in detail. The final result was me getting my vehicle back in pre-accident condition a week or 2 early. Part of this was because my parts arrived a day early, but Shawn and his team went the extra mile and completed the work ahead of schedule.Not only did they do a great job, ahead of schedule, but they suggested a way to save me money and even touched up a nick on my passenger door; separate from the accident.Upon picking my vehicle up, I met the owner Zach who seemed very down to earth and gave me a good idea of their company's culture. Was it a flawless experience, no. But I have come to know that in the automotive field, there rarely is. It is up to the people of the business to make things right and Shawn, Zach and their crew did just that.I strongly recommend them to any Tesla owner or other vehicle that needs body work.”
