I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else, Gary is honest, quick and reliable. He also picked my car up from another shop with his tow truck to take it back to his place and fix it for me.”

“I want to highly recommend J & J Muffler specialist in Sevierville, TN. My wife & daughter came down for vacation on Sunday and my exhaust pipe came loose when we got down here. I called J & J on Tuesday and he was able to get me in for the necessary repairs by Thursday morning at a great cost and it only took half an hour. The owner was great to deal with and did an awesome job.”
“This little gas station/ garage has everything you need for any project you have going on. It's like a hardware store is planted right in the gas station. They have pvc pipes, fittings of all kinds. Even house air filters. Everything. Sammy the owner is a very personable person and very knowledgeable and super friendly. The guy that works the garage, Dominique I believe is his name is awesome at his job. If you need tires new or used come down and see them. They will take care of you even if their busy they always find the time to help me and I'm very thankful for these guys. Thanks yall.”

“Went to this location by chance. Truck popped the belt and this was the closest place. Was lucky enough to get Mr. Anderson as my associate, he looked up my belt and gave it to me. I went to go put it on and they lent me the tools, it's been a while since I have done this. There was no diagram or picture of how the belt was to be installed, I tried the belt and it didn't fit. For about 20 mins, Mr. Anderson kept his cool, patience and his professionalism and we tried almost every belt in the store. I called another store just to verify and they gave me the part number of the very first belt I was given. I youtube'd the belt and I was installing it improperly, I asked for the belt again and properly installed it. I know I would have tried to be as patient as the store representatives, but don't think that I would have succeeded. Kudos to Mr. Anderson, thank you again for your patience!”

“We we’re visiting from out of town two days before Christmas. Called the shop because we had a smell and heating up, which ended up being brake issues on both back ends. This a vehicle we tow and were leaving. They work on a first come first serve rule.
The owner and the workers were outstanding and very friendly. The price was beyond reasonable.

“Had a passenger door issue where the vehicle rolled back and the door twisted. Was unable to close without lifting due to fitment.
Took it to get their opinion and they were able to fit us in and were able to adjust the door without having to replace the door for a fairly reasonable price. They showed us the issues prior to the repair and laid out the expectations.
Hourly rates are reasonable (especially for 2025) and service exceeded our expectations.”
“Excellent Customer Service & Reliability!! We had our RV towed here upon the advice of a local reputable mobile repair service person. They took their time to diagnose and replace our bad ECM on the diesel engine (Cat engine) of our Tiffin Allegro Bus. They made sure our old unit was not repairable and replaced with a new ECM which did the job. We were able to continue on - on our 3K mile vacation back home. The costs were very reasonable. Thousands less than what another roadside mobile repair person from Georgia mis-quoted us. Very professional, empathetic, reasonable and fair. We would not hesitate to bring our motorhome back to this facility for anything engine related if we are ever in the area again. Their service manager kept us informed and their tech worked wonders to get us on the road quickly.”

My sister and I are in Gatlinburg and had a bear break into her car, busting out the passenger rear window. I called this body shop and talked to Mr. Steve, he told us to come by and he would fix us up so we could drive back home to Savannah. They are the.sweetest family owned business. They had us out of there in less than ten minutes. They refused a cash tip and they truly blessed us!
