“I had a wheel bearing fail on my truck on a Friday night, I was from out of town and trying to find someone that would work on my truck over the weekend so we could get back home on Sunday. Fortunately, someone pointed me in Shannons direction. He came in on his off day and got my fixed. The guy is top-notch. We frequent that area during camping season, and if something goes wrong again, he will be the first person I reach out to.”

“We were in town from Illinois and had a water pump go out. We did not have the appropriate tools or resources to do the job ourselves. We called numerous places and all were a week or more out! Then we called here and they didnt hesitate and said to come right in. They got the job done in less than an hour. Moved us right to front of the line , understanding we were on a time limit and had no where to really go without our truck. They were very fair priced, quick, efficient and down to Earth. Thanks for saving the day, guys!!!”
“Would recommend over any other shop. Called and scheduled an appointment to have injectors installed in a 24v. Owner pulled my injectors and took one look at them and told me what was wrong with them, and then installed new injectors all in about 2.5 hours. Also told me to replace a few wearing items on my truck without trying to sell me anything. Shops like this are rare and worth every penny of what you will spend and the time you’ll have to wait for an appointment.”

“I want to highly recommend J & J Muffler specialist in Sevierville, TN. My wife & daughter came down for vacation on Sunday and my exhaust pipe came loose when we got down here. I called J & J on Tuesday and he was able to get me in for the necessary repairs by Thursday morning at a great cost and it only took half an hour. The owner was great to deal with and did an awesome job.”

She patiently answered ALL of my calls , questions & concerns and was generous enough to collect personal belongings from the car to mail to my home address . Overall great experience !!”

I took my FJ to D and R Automotive in Sevierville to have it diagnosed and get an estimate for repairs. I honestly thought I needed my rear wheel bearings replaced.
D and R contacted me and told me rear bearings needed replaced and rear axles needed replacing. Their estimate was $3700s ?????!!!!! WHAT?!!!
After talking to D and R they lowered their price to about $3000s. At that moment I reluctantly told them to order parts. But once off the phone I did my own research and didn’t take long to realize D and R were crooked as hell with their price.
I called 3 other places and got estimates over the phone. TJs was the most impressive and came in at $1080 AFTER tax. I picked my FJ up from D and R and paid them over $100s for their crooked diagnosis.
Dropped my FJ off at TJs and the next day they called and told me it was done. Said he checked everything underneath and all bearings and axles front and rear are good. Said the was a traction bar that he tightened. Suggested that I take it to a place to get tires rotated and alignment done. TJs bill was $65.85. I took their suggestions and had tires rotated and alignment done $131s. ($196 INSTEAD OF $3000)!! My FJ handles like it’s new and no more clunk noise in the rear end. I spoke with Jim at TJs. Very pleasant gentleman and most importantly very honest. Saved me from getting ripped off by D and R Automotive.

“We came to Pigeon Forge for the weekend. So, to start it off we have a little ABS trouble on our Dodge Challenger and was planning a weekend of scenic road trips. Smokey's Garage was the rescue, they were able to order the part and have it installed the next day and get my wife and I on our way to enjoy the weekend. They were very professional and polite. I would recommend them. I will definitely be back, if I ever have a need of their services in the future.?”

“Very honest and doesn't price gouge like some shopsHad my truck at an other shop where they said I need a new transmission and quoted a high price. My friend recommended Louis from Mussi Auto so I called him and asked for an estimate. His price was more reasonable so I had the truck towed to him. Not long after, I received a call that my transmission was in great condition, I just needed a new transfer case. He replaced the transfer case in a reasonable time and since, I've brought both mine and my wife's cars to him and have no complaints”
