“I would highly recommend Brandon’s mobile automotive services out of sevier county on snapp road . My alternator went out on my car on the 4th of February and Brandon had me fixed up the next day February 5th. He spoke to me on the phone and diagnosed the issues. He was Very kind, knowledgeable and professional ! He warranties his parts and his work by the date your car was worked on I have a 2018 dodge journey . He told me My part came with a lifetime warranty from the parts store and the work is warranted for a year if something goes wrong. He replaced the part and put everything back together in under two hours and my car cranked right up . A huge blessing and relief!!! They quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me what to do if it happens again, and gave solid advice for a long-term fix once I’m back in my home state. “This place is fantastic!! Not your shiny, polished big name shop, but so very kind, extremely quick, and a very fair price. I was on vacation and ended up needing new front brakes (front right brake but I had them do both front brakes). A friend googled and found this place because they had good reviews. I showed up when they opened and panicked a bit when I saw a good handful of cars at the shop. They had to order my brake pads (which arrived in 20 min from somewhere down the road), then immediately took care of my car! They said they always like to take care of travelers/vacationers as quick as they can to get them back to their vacations. They opened at 8am and I was back to my vacation by 9am! What a Godsend!”
“On 9/29/2025 I took my 2009 Dodge 3500 Cummins diesel to them because I was having problems with the turbo and they got me right in and got the problem fixed. I recommend these folks for any work you need done. and very friendly folks”
“Unfortunately I needed a tire patched on vacation. Went to another tire shop and they said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. So I came here and they immediately took my keys pulled my suv in and repaired tire in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased.”

Was seen same day and took less than 30 minutes to fix my problem and charged me less than I would’ve paid back home. All I can say is ANSWERED PRAYERS. 100% would recommend many times over.”

“We we’re visiting from out of town two days before Christmas. Called the shop because we had a smell and heating up, which ended up being brake issues on both back ends. This a vehicle we tow and were leaving. They work on a first come first serve rule.
