“I went to redwing in Smyrna and never have been a customer and I thought I knew what I needed to know about work boots until the first person with the brightest smile and attention was fixed upon me from the time I got there to the time I left. Her name was Lindsey and she told me all about the services available even if I felt unconfident in the shoe that they would have my back so I got some shoes and decided they weren't right for me. I came back the next week and there she was again with the same attitude and attention. She made sure I was taken care of just like she had stated before, gave me a refund for the old boots and swapped for new ones with insoles I never knew would help so much. I'm definitely coming back to this location. She had amazing story about her because I asked how she was so positive and outgoing and it honestly inspired me to live happier day to day. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Khadir was knowledgeable about the shoes, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice before finalizing the purchase.

What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude. You could tell he genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and took pride in his work. It’s not every day you get this level of customer service in retail.

“Our family often shops this store all the way from clothes, fishing, shoes and guns or ammo. Prices are reasonable the staff are nice and the store feels welcoming which is nice I do not feel that at a lot of places in town. Very nice store”

“The store is great which is why I give it 4 stars.
But this review is more of the people who shop there which are 0 star people. Every time I go in, there's always someone leaving a mess like this or worse. Today it was 2 mom's stringing everything out, put nothing back and allowed their 2+ year olds to throw the shoes around, stomp on boxes, run around, scream and throw tempertantrums.
I'm seriously so sorry to the workers at this location who have to clean this mess up that should have never happened!”
