I had to drop it off before they opened and 2 hours before my appointment. We were going to drop the keys in the box so I could call later but someone happened to see us and let us in anyway! We got an estimate and I was able to give a deposit so we could take the car and drop it back off the next day when the part came in. My son was thrilled to not have to drive my minivan to school and I still got to work on time! The work was done in just a few days and picking the car up was quick and easy.
