“Chris Shultz was very nice and helpful when we were looking for our car. He went above and beyond to help find what we were looking for. Super nice and highly recommend”
“After a bad experience elsewhere, the folks at Rusty Wallace went out of their way to earn my business. Nate was the salesman & he did a great job explaining all the features & answering my questions. The entire staff was all very helpful & friendly & worked hard to make sure I was happy with the deal we did. I don’t live near them, but it was well worth the drive to trade with them. Thanks to you all!!!”
“I went to Farris in Jefferson City yesterday after searching for a vehicle for a few months and I couldn’t be happier with my vehicle and the experience. Drew helped me and was very kind and thorough. They really make you feel like family while you’re there. I will definitely be back for my future vehicle needs.”
“We had them install a flat tow bar on our 2023 jeep to be towed by our motorhome. They were professional, reasonable price, efficient and so pleasant. When we got home to do "a test run" the lights didn't work. We went back, same day, they knew what the problem was, immediately fixed the issue. Highly recommend! Thanks Tuff Enuff!”
“I called No Limit and spoke to Rob about some of their products I was interested in purchasing for a custom brake setup. Once he heard about the setup, he actually recommended products from another vendor because he believed it would be better for my application.....and he was right. His candor was refreshing and his knowledge superior. Highly recommend.”
“Great place! I feel like the people are honest and don't do unnecessary work to my car. They're very friendly and take time to explain what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. 5 stars!”
“Didn't catch the guy's name, but wanna thank him for helping me with my RV battery on 1/02/24. Woke up to a dead rig in 32° weather and I wasn't in the best mood.”
“As much as I travel, I still make time to drive out to have my 2013 Ram serviced when I am in town. The team always communicates well and keeps me informed throughout any service I need at the time.”
“AutoZone usually has most of the parts in stock when everyone else has to order it even when I have had rare cars... Like a 97 Nissan silva I had that wasn't even offered in the usa. They were able to cross reference the part I needed with the same part found on a Nissan we do have . And went outside with me to make sure it would work. So AutoZone will always be my first choice when I need an auto part. & I buy a lot. I have been a mechanic for the last thirty years and have driven across town rather than step foot in any other. Loyalty is an honor that doesn't seem to be appreciated these days . Thank you for always being there for me,”
“Thank you so much for helping us with our RV serpentine belt! Thank you Richie for your help, and thank you Brittney for delivering it to us. We cannot thank you enough!!!!!”
“I've waited a while to write this, halfway not knowing what to say. I drive a custom 4x4 van that is getting a second life. It's got well over 350k miles on it and lots of things are worn completely out. The four wheel drive van market is bananas like a lot of other things and it makes better sense to fix this one than to go get a newer one.In 1997 Advanced Four Wheel drive systems in Salt lake City built a custom tube Dana 44 and installed it under that e350 I own. There are no part numbers online, no standard drawings, and if you try to look it up it basically does not exist. This causes me issues when I try to get it worked on. I have been told flatly to get it out of shops before because they did not want the hassle of dealing with it. The steering and braking systems are layered 150 and 350 stuff with both f series truck parts and e series van parts. Well. Those axle shafts were worn completely out.I don't live here. I live in Louisiana and was working in Morristown TN. The axle shafts failed during the recent snow event. That was a bummer because the van had left a reputable shop in Missouri that was supposed to have done a lot of work to the bearings and races in the axles. It did get a new rear differential, new springs, new driveshaft, and other new parts. Some of this was not done ...well ... correctly I guess. All of that has been corrected now.I did not know Mike or Corey over at Red Scorpion at all and had nothing more than the Google machine to guide me to them. I figured if they work on Jeeps then they would be the best choice to work on a custom Dana 44. As far as I understand Jeep has used millions of those axles. That was a fantastic decision. I knew going into this that nothing was going to be fast or cheap. That's just how that works. Mike and Corey worked with the OEM in Salt Lake and the original machine shop to manufacture new axles. This is not something that is on the shelf. Just to make it clear the vans are wider than the F series trucks. About an inch. That's a lot in an axle shaft. Thankfully the OEM had a physical file in a cabinet on that axle shaft.I had quite a few other things done with them such as ABS sensors - that no one knew what was. Maybe it's a truck maybe it's a van. New brakes - same thing is it a truck or a van lol. Mike and Corey knew. They got everything back together and back to me and everything works as it should. I honestly can't say enough good things about what they did for me. To be stranded 1050 miles from home with a fairly complicated repair just isn't something I look forward to. Most shops would have told me to take it somewhere else. I've had it happen. I know this. I'm so happy they took the time and effort to get this right. Oh and I got the cool kid shocks too. Those look great. That wasn't a straightforward process either. As to "right". I was looking over the bill of the other shop and saw what they said they did. Red Scorpion did what they said they did and they did it right. They provided a build sheet with all part numbers for all bearings and races. They provided me with Spicer and Dana numbers for the axles that were replaced. That alone was worth the stop. That's kinda a big deal. At least it was to me.Would I use them again? Yes. To be a matter of fact I'm going to bring them my custom 1982 Chevy 3+3 with 5.9 Cummins this winter to sort the rest of the way out. Yes. I'm going to bring my four wheel truck a thousand miles to that shop so I know it's done right. If I lived anywhere close to here I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If I owned a Dana 44 and I was in the state of Tennessee I would use them. Period. My only regret was not making myself get the Detroit locker for the rear while it was in there. I'm not a wealthy guy so I'm going to have to wait on that.Mike, Corey and the rest of y'all at Red Scorpion I sincerely thank you. I really appreciate what you guys did for me and I look forward to bringing that Frankenstein Square b”

“Fantastic place!! Jerry is a super nice guy that's loves talking to his customers. Walking into Jerry's is like walking back in time 30 years!! Absolutely loved going to his store!!”
“Guy with glasses working Sunday afternoon was super nice to automatically get all out and install a wiper for me. It’s great service to do that without asking. If I have to ask it feels like you are creating a problem for the team member, so it was nice to not need to. Great service!”
“The attention to detail is what this dealer gives for your money. Knowing your vehicle well enough to understand when there are problems. Then, after the fact they followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was good. That extra touch definitely helps.”
“Purchased a used SUV from a private seller, Upon driving home had problems. Called Service department. They helped me and suggested that I have them look at it. “Great place with great people. Dennis is more than fair on his prices and he doesn't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. A great place to get your A/C serviced or repaired.”
“We drove in an hour before close needing a new battery. Pedro sold us a battery and installed it for us. He was very professional and friendly, smiling as he worked in the cold, dark night. His manager came out a couple of times to make sure Pedro was having no trouble and had everything he needed. It was a good experience that could have been so awful!”
“I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Brent Clark for your next car purchase. He made buying a car an easy process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.”
“Employees here are fantastic ? never had a bad experience and honest people. Been here Multiple times always able to get some kind of option or information. Highly recommend”
“Very organized, kind, respectful, and reasonable prices. They're not like most junk yards when they say "we might have your part you can go look it might be in this area or that area", they actually look it up to see if they have the vehicle you need an if they do they will take you to it so you can make sure you want the part. They also remove the part you need for you unlike others! I will definitely go back and will totally recommend to anyone. Much better service than any of the others in the area!!!”

“McKay and Damion were so helpful to me in my emergency! I had no idea what was happening with a loud squeaking noise and they gave me information to an inexpensive towing company and recommendations for my possible issue. My phone was dying and they even allowed me to charge my phone up some while I waited for the towing company. I felt very valued and cared for!!”
“Jamie and his crew are top notch. By far the best in East Tennessee and beyond. Jamie was able to transform a few flaws on my sons Lexus to looking factory new. I had no idea dents and scratches in paint could vanish without painting the whole panel and a deep scratch in the dash leather could disappear. These guys work magic. Do not take your car anywhere else. Jamie is knowledgeable in all car brands and respects your investment. Thank you Jamie!”
