“I do love Aldi. It's one of the very few places these days that doesn't feel like they're trying to squeeze every penny they can put of you.
You do have to really keep an eye on the produce though, but, not a big deal.
This location is clean, orderly, and friendly.”

“I've tried many places that sell authentic tacos around the tri-cities and this place still comes in 1st. Not many places provide the grilled green onion and jalapeno, but they do. Lots of meat choices, good prices, fast and polite service. Would definitely recommend.”

“Please change the egg crate material containers on the salad bar. They draw out the moisture and wilt your salad. If you get a wedge salad it absorbs the dressing. Poor choice of containers for such a great Salad Bar. Thanks!”
“I liked it but one thing is I didn't like when I looked at my bill and you added a extra percentage to my bill to shop there I will shop were I don't get charged extra on my bill and use coupons to save thank for having a cheaper store in jc tn but in the long run it's not with extra charge”

“OUTSTANDING service by pharmacist working tuesday 30 dec. I've been working thru a bad medicine reaction for 3 weeks with others. Switched to Ingles pharmacy today and the pharmacist took the time to talk to me, explain issues to look for and looked around my list of current meds to make sure no other reactions occur. First time I've felt listened to since this started. Goodnjob Ingles! You gained a new client in your Pharmacy and I will recommend you to all!”

“I shop at the South Roan Street location. From the parking lot to the Isles the store is as clean as a pin. All the products are fresh. Sometimes the prices aren't the best but the product is first rate. Had a couple of problems with mis marked produce and had to return to the store to correct it. Charged for 18lbs of bananas and I only bought 5 bananas total. Manager corrected the problem with a refund. I only gave four stars because the manager was a little rude and didn't apologies for the error.”
“Nearest gas station to our area, came in handy when we needed more gas and had to walk there - it has ATM that was no fee for the bank I use but it was out of order at the time I went. Enough items for a typical gas station convenience store.”
“I spend a lot of time but also lot money here. Reason is because so continent. I don't have to go across town if I need butter for recipe i am making. They have everything someone would need even Home supplies clothes cleaning supply food and personal items. Friendly employees and always clean”

“The front end coach of this business is absolutely phenomenal. Rebekah was able to help me in Unicoi over an issue I had at the West Market location. It’s mind blowing to me that someone from a different location was able to resolve my issue before multiple employees in the actual building of the other establishment could. If you are within the area, trust me, the Unicoi location is the Walmart you want to go to. Exceptional customer service, could not have higher praise for Rebekah.”
