I didn't get the lady's name who made our subs, but she was a brunette with glasses and she was so helpful and friendly! She made our day and we'll definitely be back! “Roller Pharmacy were excellent when I got ill while hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2023. They got me booked in for a doctors appointment within the hour and got the medication I needed ready straight away afterwards, and were really kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!”

“I have no experience with this business beyond my dog's medicine 'treats'. I cringed when her vet said she needed a daily medication for life. This dog has always been horrible about taking any kind of pill/liquid. So he told me to go to this compounding pharmacy.
My dog absolutely LOVES these!!! They are small square, and soft (maybe beef?). She is normally polite about taking treats, but with these, I'm waiting for her to take my fingers off! I have to keep the package put up on a high shelf to keep her from stealing them.
The staff here is polite and the cost is much less than I expected. If the need arises, I would recommend this location, for at least your pets. Nothing personal to them, however, I hope I don't have to find out how they are with human medicines.”
“Food City in my opinion is the best grocery store that there is. The prices are affordable, the staff is always so friendly and eager to help you. They do a great job on keeping everything stocked up And my favorite thing the store stays clean, I'm glad that they do there is nothing Worse than going in any store and having to fight boxes sitting in the floor blocking the isle. And you talking a chance on falling and getting hurt. If you don't already shop at Food City give them a try”

“ProCompounding is so easy to work with. The pharmacy tech Christin is very helpful. From the time they get the rx, to contacting us for shipment info, to compounding, to the items being delivered was 3-4 days total. We utilized wart cream from them. After one application (one tiny little drop was all it took) 2 weeks later it's completely gone. Christin has also been super helpful with other compounding medication questions we have, finding alternates, and managing patient care and communication. Highly recommend Christin and her team!”

“Ingles Pharmacy in Jonesborough is by far the best pharmacy in town. We had an issue with our doctors office and insurance. The doctor refused to see my husband to get his mental health med refilled and also refused to call in a 3 day emergency supply. We went to the pharmacy and told them what was going on. The pharmacist on duty was diligent and able to get the authorization for the emergency supply. Please keep in mind that stopping this med cold turkey can cause death. The doctor didn't care but our pharmacy did! Thank you to all the staff in the pharmacy for caring and providing superior customer care!”

“I want to give Lisa in the pharmacy a HUGE shout out!
I was having an issue with a prescription being filled. Due to an error in the system it seems that my insurance company was billed for a prescription that I had not picked up. The next fill date would have been 2/7. However, this was a big problem as my insurance runs out 1/31 due to me starting a new job. The new job doesn't start until 2/21. This medicine is still under patent and is therefore VERY expensive. As in, $650/30days expensive. It would have been impossible for me to pay for it out of pocket. I have VERY bad side effects if I go more than 2-3 days without my medicine. I am in the process of making a cross country move and starting a new job. The prospect of being without my meds for this long was absolutely terrifying.
Had I not been able to get my medication, I would have been VERY bad off. I explained this problem to Lisa in the Pharmacy and she was very sympathetic. Lisa promised to get in touch with the insurance company for me. She had apparently gotten the runaround from the company and had had trouble getting them to correct the mistake.
Instead of just leaving it until the next day (the pharmacy closes at 8pm EST), Lisa went way out of her way to call the insurance company not once but three times. She even called me 20 minutes after the pharmacy closed to let me know that she was able to have some success! She was able to get the problem fixed!
This kind of follow through seems to be regrettably rare in our current day and age. She not only did what she said she would do, but she stayed after closing time to help straighten this issue out for me and to have my medicine available for me to pick up tomorrow.
In the era of people with asymmetrical haircuts demanding to speak to the manager to complain, I wanted to give some KUDOS to Lisa let anyone reading reviews for this location to know that she did an awesome job helping me, and that she really made my day and helped me stay healthy. Whatever she's being paid, it should be MORE!”

“Walgreens pharmacy is one of my favorite places to go, bc of the employees. They are very kind, & professional. I believe that Christy saved my life once, by going above & beyond her job scope and finding information I needed. It was unrelated to any meds I was on, but I ended up needing meds to treat it. She, Wendy, Stacie, and the others are always welcoming, & answer any questions I have about my meds. I once saw Barrett deal so calmly with a couple that were some of the worst customers I’ve seen, despite their horrible behavior that wasn’t even a result of an offense on Walgreens’ part. He remained so composed and continued to try to help them, despite the verbal abuse that no one should be subjected to, which tells me he must be very focused on things & centered on good customer outcomes, like I would want someone in charge of my family’s medications to be.
I like having a pharmacy that I can look forward to going into, it turns a routine errand into a fun part of my day. There’s just some very smart, professional, and good hearted people in there.”

“I love Walmart pharmacy and especially their staff. They answer all my questions and make sure I understand what's going on with my or my sons medicine. They are also good at answering questions about OTC meds and finding stuff on the shelf to help with small health problems like a stomach ache. The pharmacists know what they are doing and take care of their customers. The techs are always helpful and smiling.”
