“Sounds kinda grumpy on the phone, but very helpful! I had been looking for a radio for my car everywhere, online, I even went all the way to Knoxville pull-a-part, and even the dealership didn't make the radio for my car anymore, and just by chance I called Strange's and they had the exact one I needed and wasn't going to charge an arm and a leg. To boot it already had the anti theft pin ready so I didn't have to call on the phone to get it before installing it or pay the dealership like $200 to do it which is highway robbery. I'm so greatful for their helpfulness, thank you guys if you see this!”

“After a bad experience elsewhere, the folks at Rusty Wallace went out of their way to earn my business. Nate was the salesman & he did a great job explaining all the features & answering my questions. The entire staff was all very helpful & friendly & worked hard to make sure I was happy with the deal we did. I don’t live near them, but it was well worth the drive to trade with them. Thanks to you all!!!”

“If I could give you all a million stars I would! Our daughter and husband were on their honeymoon and the vehicle (that we reassured them was reliable!) broke down. I don't know which employees did this, but they gave them a jump, figured out it was the alternator and helped them put it in. This was above and beyond customer service, it was such a kind gesture, that we can't even repay. Thank you so very much!!!”

“If I could give more then 5 stars I would! An excavator bucket hit my hood and left a dent, not huge but big enough to look ridiculous. After they fixed it, you would never even know there was a dent there. The paint matches perfectly! They went above and beyond, vacuumed out the inside of my car and washed it before I picked it up. I would highly recommend ?”

“I called No Limit and spoke to Rob about some of their products I was interested in purchasing for a custom brake setup. Once he heard about the setup, he actually recommended products from another vendor because he believed it would be better for my application.....and he was right. His candor was refreshing and his knowledge superior. Highly recommend.”

“We had them install a flat tow bar on our 2023 jeep to be towed by our motorhome. They were professional, reasonable price, efficient and so pleasant. When we got home to do "a test run" the lights didn't work. We went back, same day, they knew what the problem was, immediately fixed the issue. Highly recommend! Thanks Tuff Enuff!”

“I've waited a while to write this, halfway not knowing what to say. I drive a custom 4x4 van that is getting a second life. It's got well over 350k miles on it and lots of things are worn completely out. The four wheel drive van market is bananas like a lot of other things and it makes better sense to fix this one than to go get a newer one.In 1997 Advanced Four Wheel drive systems in Salt lake City built a custom tube Dana 44 and installed it under that e350 I own. There are no part numbers online, no standard drawings, and if you try to look it up it basically does not exist. This causes me issues when I try to get it worked on. I have been told flatly to get it out of shops before because they did not want the hassle of dealing with it. The steering and braking systems are layered 150 and 350 stuff with both f series truck parts and e series van parts. Well. Those axle shafts were worn completely out.I don't live here. I live in Louisiana and was working in Morristown TN. The axle shafts failed during the recent snow event. That was a bummer because the van had left a reputable shop in Missouri that was supposed to have done a lot of work to the bearings and races in the axles. It did get a new rear differential, new springs, new driveshaft, and other new parts. Some of this was not done ...well ... correctly I guess. All of that has been corrected now.I did not know Mike or Corey over at Red Scorpion at all and had nothing more than the Google machine to guide me to them. I figured if they work on Jeeps then they would be the best choice to work on a custom Dana 44. As far as I understand Jeep has used millions of those axles. That was a fantastic decision. I knew going into this that nothing was going to be fast or cheap. That's just how that works. Mike and Corey worked with the OEM in Salt Lake and the original machine shop to manufacture new axles. This is not something that is on the shelf. Just to make it clear the vans are wider than the F series trucks. About an inch. That's a lot in an axle shaft. Thankfully the OEM had a physical file in a cabinet on that axle shaft.I had quite a few other things done with them such as ABS sensors - that no one knew what was. Maybe it's a truck maybe it's a van. New brakes - same thing is it a truck or a van lol. Mike and Corey knew. They got everything back together and back to me and everything works as it should. I honestly can't say enough good things about what they did for me. To be stranded 1050 miles from home with a fairly complicated repair just isn't something I look forward to. Most shops would have told me to take it somewhere else. I've had it happen. I know this. I'm so happy they took the time and effort to get this right. Oh and I got the cool kid shocks too. Those look great. That wasn't a straightforward process either. As to "right". I was looking over the bill of the other shop and saw what they said they did. Red Scorpion did what they said they did and they did it right. They provided a build sheet with all part numbers for all bearings and races. They provided me with Spicer and Dana numbers for the axles that were replaced. That alone was worth the stop. That's kinda a big deal. At least it was to me.Would I use them again? Yes. To be a matter of fact I'm going to bring them my custom 1982 Chevy 3+3 with 5.9 Cummins this winter to sort the rest of the way out. Yes. I'm going to bring my four wheel truck a thousand miles to that shop so I know it's done right. If I lived anywhere close to here I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If I owned a Dana 44 and I was in the state of Tennessee I would use them. Period. My only regret was not making myself get the Detroit locker for the rear while it was in there. I'm not a wealthy guy so I'm going to have to wait on that.Mike, Corey and the rest of y'all at Red Scorpion I sincerely thank you. I really appreciate what you guys did for me and I look forward to bringing that Frankenstein Square b”

“After being in an accident, my insurance recommended that I take my car to King's Collision of Morristown. Little did I know, that would be the only good thing my insurance did for me during this process. Tim and his staff at King's are authentic, empathetic, and kind. My vehicle was found to be a total loss. It's taken five weeks for my insurance company to complete their duties and it has been a great headache for King's Collision and myself. At no point did they make me feel like the bad guy. They took time to understand the situation and assisted in any way they could. While I hope I never *need* their services, I know that I can count on King's Collision to work with integrity and kindness. Thank you all so much for your help.”

“First I want to say this doesn't happen alot in today's day and age.. specially in extreme heat... I came in for a replacement headlight and was welcomed by Steve (didn't get his last name it doesn't matter) I asked Steve if they still installed them for us.. I was never taught much about vehicles and didn't want to mess it up. He said why if I have the tools... that made my day but I didn't really take too much thought in what he said.. so we go out to my vehicle me and him chatting like we knew each other for years.. that's when Steve said I don't have my tools on me let me check in the store since he didn't have the right size bolt. So I waited he came back and guess what... again didn't work on the screw so he says let me look again.. mind you he spends 10 minutes each time trying in 98 degree temps.. at this point I tell him I can just go somewhere and have it installed so you can go in... but nope Steve came back and kept at it.. till he found a pair of pliers and spent 10ish minutes loosening the bolts with them... he wasn't letting me leave unless I had them in.. I tried to tip him 20 he didn't want it lowered it to 10 didn't want it.. he just wanted to make sure I had headlights and help someone out.. O'Reilly will always have my business with people like steve working for them.. BTW hes been with them if I remember for 20 years I think... make sure you give that man what he asks for and treasure him.. thank you for reading.. not everyday you get that kinda customer service”

“Jamie and his crew are top notch. By far the best in East Tennessee and beyond. Jamie was able to transform a few flaws on my sons Lexus to looking factory new. I had no idea dents and scratches in paint could vanish without painting the whole panel and a deep scratch in the dash leather could disappear. These guys work magic. Do not take your car anywhere else. Jamie is knowledgeable in all car brands and respects your investment. Thank you Jamie!”

“From Jeff Clifton
I had a different shop mount and (supposed to balance tires) but had bad vibrations at speed (not going to say what speed). So I took my mustang to compton's for rebalance and some other work installing some performance equipment. ALL GOOD! VIBRATION GONE!
I highly recommend this shop and will be going back for some other work. Keep the shiny side up

“I'm from Florida and we went on a trip to Tennessee. We ended up having a skid plate under the car lose two clamps. I recently bought property up in TN. So I went to O'Reilly's in town. They couldn't find the part so they recommended Briggs. Me being hard headed, I go to autozone. They didn't have it either and they also mentioned this Briggs. Well, it was where I should have gone the whole time. I mean he really has a cool first name. LoL
So Mr Briggs moved the truck he was working on. He had me pull the car into the garage, That's trust. This guy didn't know me. I could have been the worst driver ever. He fixed it within 10 mins. Then he told me to pay it forward. So now when I move to TN I can scratch one of the most stressful thing's off. Finding a good honest mechanic. Thanks again Justin.”
