They’re on the expensive side, but unless you can travel to Chattanooga or somewhere farther, you pay for convenience. I wouldn’t buy fish from here as the tanks share the same filter, and fish don’t seem to be healthy. Tarantulas are extremely overpriced. I only recommend getting pet supplies.

1713 Ashley St, ScottsboroOur favorite pet boarding in the Scottsboro area. They take excellent care of our pets, and our dog is excited to go. They also have a pet daycare, that by watching the customer traffic, is heavily used. All customers we spoke with love their services. They also offer per grooming on request. Prices are reasonable, actually great if you consider Huntsville price ranges. We board a dog and a cat. Prior to your 1st visit they ask to conduct a test run to observe your dog to ensure they are not aggressive. This policy seems to pay off since our dog loves the place. Each cat gets its own 2 level 'apartment.' They always return our calls to schedule boarding. Pets always return healthy and happy. They have our strongest recommendation.

101 E Laurel St, ScottsboroAmazing place to get a sandwich and an ice cream. The staff here are so friendly and kind too. I got a roast beef on rye with assorted accompaniments, it was grilled, delicious, and served promptly.
Then I got the smores sundae and it was amazing too. Lots of ice cream, rich, creamy, and lots of whipped cream.
Comfy cozy place with booths and tables and cute decor.
Scottsboro is a small town but the ice cream and sandwich love at Payne's is big and bright!
