“This place has really gone down hill. All the employee turnaround is horrible. The management (HIGHER UPS need to be replaced with people who know how to treat employees. It sucks.
Editing: I have to say, I have been back into this store several times since Mark took over. He deserves a raise. I walk in there and see the STORE MANAGER actually sweeping and mopping the floor. Before him i only saw 2 other female managers do that. It shows that he truly cares, not only for the store / customers, but for his employees as well. The employees are pleasant and have a great attitude. It's a pleasure to actually go in there now. I will give 5 stars now”
