First, the one at a time COVID procedures are ridiculous. Especially when a married couple has two phones or more. second, Covid procedures do not allow customers time to browse, ask questions and more. The fact I can't return a phone in 24 hours OR upgrade it to a more expensive phone. Blows my mind!

The person working was rude. If there was a zero rating they deserve it. No customer service what so ever!!!!! No thank for comeing and the whole time she had her face in the computer.

Service sucks so badly.... I have no connection not even with my own WiFi at home!! My phone is so slow, I don't even have to much storage it just doesn't work! Seriously going to AT&T... At lease I get what I paid for... Seriously need more improvement in the service!!!!!!
