“Hi to all. I have always had great experience with ATT. Most recently my son’s phone was lost. We have protection for lost phone. Bo was on the phone with me and helped me navigate to insurance offered by ATT to replace my phone. The phone arrived quickly and Bo programmed it. The young gals working there are also knowledgeable. They are a wonderful ATT team and Abilene Texas is lucky to have these professional in our town. “I cannot say enough good things about this AT&T store, especially Chet and the manager, Andy. After having issues with my brand-new Apple Watch Ultra 3 and being unable to get it connected to cellular, I had already been to two different stores and neither one was able to fix the problem.
Chet, who is a military veteran, went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Andy was just as amazing and stepped in to make sure the situation was handled properly.
They replaced my defective watch and got the new one connected to cellular exactly the way it should have been in the first place. Most importantly, they didn’t send us home until they knew the problem was completely fixed.
After the frustration I experienced at the other locations, the level of customer service from Chet and Andy was honestly refreshing. They treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, and actually took the time to solve the problem instead of sending us somewhere else.
Chet and Andy are a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. If you’re looking for an AT&T store where the employees actually care about their customers, I highly recommend this location.

“We spoke to Jeremy(Van) on the phone the day before we went in. He was very helpful on the phone and actually remembered us when we went in the next day. He actually worked through his lunch trying to identify the problem on my phone. He was very helpful in polite and if I have a problem with my phone I will actually go in and ask for him”
