“My SIM card took early retirement yesterday; so, this morning I went to the Verizon store, located on Highway 351 (Abilene TX) for a replacement. I always use this store as the staff members are friendly, greet you warmly and are ready to help. No "Take a Number or leave your name." Today, Stephen went above and beyond as he not only replaced the SIM card, but reviewed my account/contract, found a duplicate service which was removed and upgraded my contract. Though he was working alone at the time, he successfully served both of his customers with patience and consideration AND timely. Appreciative customer Sharon E.”
