Bo was on the phone with me and helped me navigate to insurance offered by ATT to replace my phone. The phone arrived quickly and Bo programmed it. “I cannot say enough good things about this AT&T store, especially Chet and the manager, Andy. After having issues with my brand-new Apple Watch Ultra 3 and being unable to get it connected to cellular, I had already been to two different stores and neither one was able to fix the problem.
Chet, who is a military veteran, went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Andy was just as amazing and stepped in to make sure the situation was handled properly.
They replaced my defective watch and got the new one connected to cellular exactly the way it should have been in the first place. Most importantly, they didn’t send us home until they knew the problem was completely fixed.
After the frustration I experienced at the other locations, the level of customer service from Chet and Andy was honestly refreshing. They treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, and actually took the time to solve the problem instead of sending us somewhere else.
Chet and Andy are a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. If you’re looking for an AT&T store where the employees actually care about their customers, I highly recommend this location.

“We spoke to Jeremy(Van) on the phone the day before we went in. He was very helpful on the phone and actually remembered us when we went in the next day. He actually worked through his lunch trying to identify the problem on my phone. He was very helpful in polite and if I have a problem with my phone I will actually go in and ask for him”

“I absolutely hate going into any metro pcs store because they never like to answer any of your questions they just always trying to push products when all I want is a question answered. So I moved to Abilene, and I need it some problems resolved on my account and I had to just brace myself because I already knew that someone was gonna piss me off when I go in the store. I walk in and the first time in my whole time being with MetroPCS I have never seen a white employee. His name was Trevor and that was the first thing I told him. Trevor is cool and when he started to help me was the first time ever an employee helped me without the over obsession of trying to sell me anything: so guess what I did, I ended up asking Trevor about products and he answered them without being pushy and I ended up getting another phone, a tablet and another internet box. Trevor is cool and hard working and know how to get you what you need without all the extra bs. Thanks Trevor”

The who was training did very well being distracted and staying on task..distraction is a tool for me in my shop as tool to help new employees keep cool during peak hours...she did excellent. Her manager wqs awesome too she never became rude with her or exasperated...she was level and patient and also did very well not to complete the rask for her...
