“I thought we we’re getting a great deal . We traded in our iphone 11 for iphone 15.We said up front if our bill was more than our current bill we were not interested. The lady salesperson said that actually it would be less and she found that was the case with many customers and this promotion. Our bill is actually 40.00 more than it was and we are not happy. I spoke with t-mobile and they said the salesperson was not correct.
Today, months later we visited the store again so my review has now changed because of one employee named Jaelee. Jaelee knew exactly why there was a difference in price that no one else even us had thought about
even us. Problem solved thanks to Kaelee. KAELEE was professional and her suggestion
fixed the issue and all if well, she saved the day.”
“Great experience the lady at this location got right to the point got my husband into the air was very respectful even after having a difficult customer before us who didn't understand what an upgrade was and that she was just doing her job and giving the prices and info that was clearly on the paper she showed them ! They left after being super disrespectful to her but she wasn't bothered one bit still greeted us with a smile and helped us very fast ! we ran and food left our phones with her and came back and she had everything done we needed ! We tried to tip her but she refused but she definitely deserved it cause she has more patience than I would have ! Thank you ma'am for all your help didn't get her name but definitely loved her service !”

The who was training did very well being distracted and staying on task..distraction is a tool for me in my shop as tool to help new employees keep cool during peak hours...she did excellent. Her manager wqs awesome too she never became rude with her or exasperated...she was level and patient and also did very well not to complete the rask for her...

“Long story, but bottom line I tried to switch my provider to Boost and really messed up, my wife's phone and mine. Went to Boost Mobile on South 14th and Alyssa Foster and Hailey Wilson did bent over backwards to help me. I mean they went way above and beyond. They were polite and patient and professional. Awesome, awesome experience. Boost is blessed to have them on their team. So am I.”
“I had an unpleasant experience at the Catclaw location which I have already left a review about. We decided to go to the South 14th location as that is the one we usually go to. (We had gone to the Catclaw location as it was near where we needed to go afterwards.) Sam and Brian were like a breathe of fresh air after the first experience. They were empathetic to the way we were treated, listened to what I had to say, and were able to confirm that we qualified to get the replacement phone we needed for $89.99+$25 as was advertised for existing customers as an upgrade (instead of $179.99 we were being told at the other location). I cannot stress enough how much better the experience and customer service was at this location. Brian greeted us when we came in even though he was speaking with another customer, and Sam listened to my qualms and explanations without interrupting, demeaning, or arguing. It made me feel much better about the entire situation.”
