“Stay was great except. The fact that they lost the keys so breakfast was late and y’all really need to fix this why is your ice machine on the third floor so first floor has to go all the way to the third floor to get ice this is becoming a trend with all holiday inn express, it’s stupid that we should have to go all the way to the third floor to get ice. Every floor should have an ice machine even the fleabag hotels have ice machines on all floors.”

“They just updated the rooms and made them feel like you’re staying in a hospital. They used to be so cozy and now they’re plain and just don’t feel cozy at all. Lights are brighter and they have wood floors so it echoes. Wish they would’ve kept the old style rooms because they were much more homey feeling.”

“We have stayed at this location twice in the last month and both times were great!Our last visit, I had 5 rooms and family came in to help pull off a surprise birthday party for my 80 year old Mother In Law. Two weeks prior to this stay, I was telling Cindy the lady who did the breakfast that we would be back in two weeks for this celebration.Cindy took it upon herself to go get a card, a happy Birthday balloon and a small little plant and place in my mother in laws room. What a great job! Everyone was so sweet. Poor Martina at the front desk, had to deal with me for two weeks straight, but she was a sweet heart. She helped in so many ways.Also, because I'm a Travel Advisor I had reached out to the sales group for this hotel to get a special link for my guests to be able to get their rooms reserved and the rates locked in, as theybare not all very computer savvy at all. Thank you to Michelle for your hospitality!Rooms: Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable.Food & drinks: Good selection for breakfast an well as some gluten free items.Noteworthy details: Pool heater isn't working, but some kids were still swimming. Too cold for me.”

“I stay here months on end for various times over the years, Lately I'm noticing good changes. The Maintenance guy seeks out things to do in the hotel, thats great. The housekeeper Denise is a great lady, super nice and willling to help even when its not my rooms cleaning day.Last time I checked the grill worked good too. They've just been nice here.Walkability: Walmart is next door, and some mexican food.”

Vincent's dedication truly enhanced they stay where told, making it both comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to him for providing excellent customer service!" Once we have more artist in town we will send them that way.Noteworthy details: It is nice that it is off the highway. Most of the artists we have are traveling on I20 so it does make it easier on them. The price is a little high for what you get.”

“Very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. We were traveling with our 3 big dogs and were worried we would have trouble finding a hotel. La Quinta was very accommodating and welcoming. Once we found out how nice the hotel was and how accommodating la quinta was for people with dogs, we don't stay anywhere else now.Noteworthy details: Allows dogs”

“I stay here for 2 weeks and I was located near the office . My room was clean , my bed was comfy and the location was perfect. The owner Nick is a really nice person and is always outside maintains the property. In fact the whole family is pretty nice and you can see on a daily them working in rooms to update each one . If I’m back in that area I would definitely go back and stay another week . Thanks for your hospitality”

“We had 2 rooms booked for several days while visiting the area.Our first room had a faulty ac unit, but we reported it at the front desk the morning after our first night and they were able to get us moved to a different room and solved the problem.The rooms were clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.Location was convenient for our needs and overall the hotel was quiet at night. I would certainly stay here again next time we are in town.The only small negative is that the rooms have a pretty small bathroom vanity area, but certainly not a deal breaker or anything that would deter me from coming back again.”
