My father and I came in the store to get some help with transferring contacts and photos from his old phone to a new(used) phone. Lance gave us great customer service and helped make the process so much easier! I would recommend this store to those that have questions or need help with purchasing a new phone.

Spent several hours trying to get Photo Vault pics from damaged phone to new phone. Had zero good results from Asurion, googling, other Cricket locations. Lance at Catclaw location helped me in 30 seconds. Awesome!
