“I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a week and a half. I had several interactions with the staff, 2 of which were phone calls and 3 in person conversations. The person I originally dealt with upon renting the car got me in and out quickly. I was in the office probably 5 minutes before being taken to my car. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I felt like a valued customer When returning the car I was welcomed by Jalon who checked me in and asked me if I needed a ride. I told him I would call a Lyft but he told me to wait right there and Chris would take me to pick up my car. Chris immediately came and drove me where I needed to go. I have rented a lot of cars over the years (most all from Enterprise) but this was the best store I have ever encountered. Highly recommend the Addison location!”
