“I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a week and a half. I had several interactions with the staff, 2 of which were phone calls and 3 in person conversations.

The person I originally dealt with upon renting the car got me in and out quickly. I was in the office probably 5 minutes before being taken to my car.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I felt like a valued customer

When returning the car I was welcomed by Jalon who checked me in and asked me if I needed a ride. I told him I would call a Lyft but he told me to wait right there and Chris would take me to pick up my car. Chris immediately came and drove me where I needed to go. I have rented a lot of cars over the years (most all from Enterprise) but this was the best store I have ever encountered.

“KETA and DORIAN WHERE SOME OF HERTZ NUMBER ONE EMPLOYEES!! It felt so good to be taken care of the way that I was with the two individuals that should be promoted. That should be rewarded and that should be praised in every way. Let me tell you a little bit of the background I came from Colorado to Texas. I scheduled a Rent-A-Car for the last two weeks so many different locations including Arlington Dallas mesquite Call me back and told me they did not have a Car several times and with this taking place. It made me lose appointments for my baby,each time, the Rent-A-Car got more expensive, I have been dealing with Hertz previously over 20 years and can’t believe the way the customer service over the phone has went down, Something needs to be done about the unprofessioness and lack of care to take care of their customers over the phone due to the lack of communication and rudeness of the customer service reps that you speak to. I had almost lost faith and was tempted to go with another company, but I’m so happy I stayed solid and I was able to get the two angels that I received to help Me !!!it’s so hard to get good customer service nowadays people just don’t care like they used to but this location in Addison they care I seen them step above and beyond for all of their customers and do it with so much joy and happiness that I’m so grateful for this location thank you again for everything y’all did and you are really appreciated and thank you for your hard work and your beautiful customer service.
