Got everything you want in a gym (indoor track, basketball, pool, weights, whirlpool, raquet ball, pingpong, aerobics, etc) The gym for workout introverts. People workout and bounce. Love the lockers, and pool. The men's steam room smells of feet and eucalyptus in the evening. Go before 5 and it's fine.”

“I haven’t started working out at CrossFit ISO yet, but I had the chance to tag along with my husband to their Friday Night Lights event and I really liked it! The vibe was super positive and welcoming. Everyone were friendly and you could tell people were having great time while working out.

Whether you’re a seasoned CrossFitter or just curious like I was, it feels like a place where anyone could feel comfortable, get better and stronger.

“My husband has been training at RTG for 2 1/2 years, and I recently joined a few months ago, and training here has been life changing.

My husband has always disliked going to the generic, overpacked gyms in DFW, so he loves how intimate and personal RTG is. He is always looking forward to working out with Greg and Ryan 3x a week, and he has never felt healthier and stronger.

I have always been the type to go to Pilates and group workout classes, but ever since becoming pregnant, I wanted a workout program more tailored to my pregnancy journey. Greg created a personalized program that is continuously changing to match my pregnancy needs as my body is also changing. He even incorporated breathing exercises specifically for labor, which is above and beyond what I would get at any other gym.

“Dropped in while in town for a short visit and can’t recommend this place enough! You won’t find a better fitness and wellness facility with nicer amenities than Mvement - photos will hardly do it justice. As a coach who travels and drops into gyms often, Mvement goes above and beyond in terms of hospitality, and overall drop-in/member experience. If you’re in the area or just visiting and looking for a gym, make your way here. The staff is incredibly friendly, from Landry at the front desk who welcomed me and showed me around, to coaches Stanley and Dr. Marshall who made me feel right at home.”

“This location is fantastic! I am in town for a long weekend/ daughter’s soccer tournament. I have taken 2 of their classes (Erin and Matt). They were both great coaches- good voices, energy and cues! The staff up front were also very friendly. Their studio has good workout space. This is probably the 5th studio I have visited around the country, and the workout space is laid out great as well. I love OTF. Don’t hesitate to try this studio!”

“My wife and I joined this gym a few months ago and really love it. We initially joined to train for the upcoming Hyrox event in Dallas since they had sleds and turf as well as the equipment used in the other stations. We thought we would cancel the membership after the event but we really like the gym so it looks like we will stick around for the foreseeable future.

Now, some details. I love the turf area. While it gets regular use, I have rarely had times when I couldn't access it. Its great for sled work, burpees, walking lunges, etc. I appreciate that it has yard markings so we can easily track our distances. Enough selectorized and plate-loaded machines to get your workout in and these do not get a lot of use. Plenty of racks so they have always been available when I've wanted to use them. Tons of kettlebells and accessory equipment. Really a great gym, highly recommend!

Clean showers (soap/shampoo/conditioner provided) and locker rooms with towel service. Location is convenient for us and parking has always been available in the front lot.

Truly there are only two things I would change. First, I would add a few more strategically placed mirrors to monitor form. Second, I wish the hours of operations allowed for them to be open a little later.

Once again, great gym, everyone is super friendly and I highly recommend if this is the flavor of gym that you like.”

The workout was awesome the owner Vedo was incredibly generous with his time and member of the group I went with is almost cleared from rotator cuff repair and Vedo did an incredible job with modification's. Love that you can start the workout in your schedule this is a must try.”
