He ensured that we felt comfortable and never pressured us. He was respectful of our space as well as a comforting presence. When it came time to purchasing, he was very thorough in explanations and breakdowns of all the price points so whenever it came to the total after all the taxes and fees, we didn't feel duped. Though I designed with Holley in Tx, I was filling my order from a store out of state. I received an email that a huge part of my order was unavailable even though it showed in stock. The Colony Department Manager, Seth Callahan, stepped in and handled all of it and followed up assuring me he had everything covered! He is THE BEST communicator, organizer, problem solving manager I have worked with in any business in years. I am grateful for all of the professionalism I experienced at this store and I will always go to this location for every update and remodel in my future. “We found D'Hierro through some close friends who had them replace their front door. They came up because we had been frustrated looking for a quality provider for a similar project on our front doors. The provider we had been in discussions with had performed several projects in our area, but their pricing was unrealistic. Our visit to D'Hierro at their 14060 Proton Road location was overwhelming. Their price was right due to their adjoining facility to build their own metal doors and windows. All of the staff at D'Hierro we delt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Rocio helped us come up with a great design for the door, clear vs. smoked glass, and transom. Jorge ensured the engineering was right, discussed glass efficiency options, and supervised the installation project. They are a great team, focused on customer service and satisfaction. I have recommended them to several friends since and profusely thanked our friends who recommended them to us.The door project was completed in May and we had them do our bay windows in July. The before and after look of the front of our house is like night and day (before and after pictures attached). Working in my front yard, I consistently have neighbors who are walking by, tell me the new door is just stunning. We are very happy with the result.To me professional providers like D'Hierro should be judged, not just on the one project they accomplish, but on whether you call them for repeat work. We have used D'Hierro now for two sizeable projects and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. To us, they are more than a store or providers, we now consider them friends we can trust. They have a great business model, fair pricing, and a focus on their customer's satisfaction. That is hard to beat!”

“I love this store so much. I seen a YouTuber go and she found some good stuff. Googled the place and there were a few locations near me. So I had to go. I've visited this location once and it was my favorite so far. I found a lot of good stuff here. The prices are great and the quality is there. The candles smell so good. I've gotten three great scents from here so far. I was able to get a few secret Santa gifts from here as well that were really great and affordable. Another store for me to be obsessed with and spend all my money at. Got some random picks of cute stuff I seen and found. I love the hulk and this location had so many little hulk toys. It made me so happy lol.”

“Cutting Corners is wonderful! They have tons of beautiful fabrics, home decor, rugs, and custom furniture…to name a few. I got a rug, and 4 custom furniture pieces and I could not be happier with how it all turned out. Better than all of that, the staff are very helpful and you will not find better customer service! Charlie, the owner, stands behind his products. That is rare. I may not always find what I want here (which is hard to imagine), but it will most definitely be the first place I shop!”
