Pavi has an incredible eye for design and was able to take my ideas and turn them into a space that feels elegant, warm, inviting, and completely my own. She was thoughtful about every detail and made wonderful suggestions while always listening carefully to what I wanted.
What I appreciated most was how easy and enjoyable she made the entire process. She was patient, professional, creative, and genuinely invested in making sure I was thrilled with the finished room.

“We had a tremendous experience working with Trupti Jejurkar! She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all the products Bassett offers, and helped us choose 2 beautiful leather sofas that were customized perfectly for our space. Trupti has an excellent eye when it comes to choosing the right fabrics and offered several beautiful combinations. She also patiently worked through the process to get the best financing option in place for us and was able to walk us through the next steps needed to set up an account so that I was able to do that quickly after I left the showroom. Trupti also provided insightful recommendations about which of our existing furniture would look best with the new sofas. Our sofas just arrived, about 2 weeks earlier than we were expecting, which was great! The delivery process was easy, with plenty of advance notice and white glove service. The sofas are beautiful, even better than we had hoped! If you want quality furniture customizable to your taste and a helpful sales person who really listens to what you’re looking for, my husband, and I highly recommend Trupti and Bassett Furniture!”

“It was my first time shopping in the store. I was only there by extension of my wife, but when I walked I immediately started window shopping. Then after a few minutes I started loading my cart up with lots of beautiful dish and kitchen ware. The items in the store are really nicely designed and displayed so I had to get a few things. One lady named Yoselin helped me out the entire way through from beginning to checkout. She was very nice and informative. She helped me find items and prices and did it with patience. I loved every moment of shopping there. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thanks for the shopping experience and nice items we bought.”
“Products and help in the site were excellent. Delivery was horrible. If they deliver, please pay for installation. I didn't and they literally put it in front of my door and never knocked out rang the doorbell. Took the big entertainment shelf, put it on its side and put the rug in the grass and dirt and left. That was not good. I can't tank the store and delivery here, but again, ugh you buy then pay for installation so they don't just leave it”

“OMG! I was referred to 92nd Street Design by a close friend and I cannot believe how fabulous my home looks. Katharine's design process is built around really getting to know the client -- their likes and dislikes. She really listened to me and WOW --- my home looks like a model unit!!! Katharine's team setup my living room while I was at work and when I came home I almost lost my breath. I was completely blown away by the attention to detail and the quality of materials that her team used in my home. I strongly recommend!!!!!”

We weren’t ready to buy on our first visit but he was there for us for every single question and concern we could possibly think of.

“I was greeted when I entered. I asked where an item was and was given precise instructions to find it. When I got to the location another employee asked if I needed help and pointed yo what I needed. They are really on point. It was busy with a lot of people, but very efficient.”

“Gerald at Sleep Number Frisco off 121 went above and beyond, both in the store and post sale. He listened to my wife and I and put us in our new favorite bed. Retiring my 10 year old Sleep Number bed, not because it wasn’t uncomfortable but it was time given all of the great features Gerald demonstrated.
So first tip: Head to Sleep Number in Frisco

“I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.
He exhibited customer service that was extra mile through many emails”

“When I need something to dress but I don't know exactly what I go to Ross and I find that thing that I needed or at least I got an idea of what I would like. It's a very nice place to find anything to dress for men and women, shoes, luggage and more. It's clean and organized. You should go early in the morning to find everything in It's place and a high probability to find what you want. If you go late, it's going to be an empty store.”
