“As a guy, I can’t say I’ve ever really been to a shop like this on my own free will. I came in today with my family to get new family pictures with Jessica Cernat. She is absolutely the best if you have small children. Knows how to position them, fluff their clothes perfectly, and make them smile! Highly recommend Jessica Cernat for any family with young kids.Painted Tree Boutiques was full of multiple types vendors. Candles, pillows, decorations, clothes, and even spices. Love the vibe and set up of all the individual shops. One of the coolest shops I saw had these amazing globes with sparkles and sequins covering the land masses. Super cool idea! If we ever decide to start developing one of our 2,437 ideas, this would be the place for us to get started.”

“OMG! I was referred to 92nd Street Design by a close friend and I cannot believe how fabulous my home looks. Katharine's design process is built around really getting to know the client -- their likes and dislikes. She really listened to me and WOW --- my home looks like a model unit!!! Katharine's team setup my living room while I was at work and when I came home I almost lost my breath. I was completely blown away by the attention to detail and the quality of materials that her team used in my home. I strongly recommend!!!!!”

“Every time I go into this location I am warmly welcomed and greeted. The greatest thing about this store is that no one cares what your sexual orientation, gender, or ethnicity is! Everyone is welcome into the store to shop to their hearts content and the employees are always extremely helpful and resourceful. If you have any questions, they will surely have an answer! Their customer service is top tier, especially the way they handle difficult customers that may offend them. They are always super genuine, sweet, and overall amazing!”

“Another mercantile with dealer booths. This one in Frisco is quite large. Lots of the same type of clothes and handmade gifts as you will see in other mercantiles. The prices are usually a little high, except there are bargains when dealers are trying to clear out stock. Know that there is a strict no returns policy, so be sure what you buy is what you really want.”

“While I was bummed to discover that PB Kids doesn’t have the PB Teen Harry Potter items, I was very pleased by the kindness of the staff. I’m from a smaller town that doesn’t have this store, so it’s a learning curve on my part.Honestly, if I were shopping for items for much younger kiddos, I can definitely see the appeal of the store. The items were beautiful, high end, with excellent selection. The team member I spoke to was very kind, even referring me to another store to locate the theme of items I hoped to see.”

“We needed a new sofa and love seat. Our old ones were also from Bassett and had simply worn out. We were pleased with the customer service from Bassett as the sales lady actually came by our house to help us with our material selection. They may not normally do this but she volunteered to do so and it was a big help. Furniture came in as scheduled. They were beautiful! We are getting a few more pieces and Bassett in Frisco is where we'll go. We met Mike, a manager. He and everyone we worked with have been nothing but professional, helpful and caring for us as the customer.”

“I had excellent service. My wife had surgery and needed a comfortable chair. A salesmen waited on us and sold us a chair, with extended warranty. Their pics for this location is kind of misleading, almost went elsewere due to me believing through photos that they didn't have a big chair inventory to pick through. My only desire for La-Z-Boy is to come up with a comfortable soft chair, that is not so firm like the other chairs (for larger people) with cup holders and usb ports. Also a quicker way to have furniture delivered instead of picking it up at your warehouse all the way south of Dallas is good for folks that live nearby. We live in the very far north and took us over an hour to pick it up.”

Most big-box furniture stores don't offer high-quality, long-lasting furniture, but this place has consistently maintained quality even in the midst of its mass popularity.”

“Ross is a crappy little place, with messy isles, great prices, but you do sometimes end up with leftovers. It takes a certain mentality to shop here, so as long as you set your standards really low, and quickly pass stinky people and crying kids be prepared to save money. But seriously I find something every time, but it's a mess.”
