I've been with prosperity bank back when they used to be Legacy Texas. While my home bank is technically the Richardson location, the Addison branch is my store of choice. The staff are very nice and good at their job. The wait time for service is pretty short, so I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less.

I have been banking here for over 20 years and the employees are always super courteous and efficient. It is really easy to get in and out of and their online banking serves most of my needs really well. The new ATM is super!
