“I got a postal box here (Tim’s Mail Place) around 2016. Just getting out of a dark time and “starting over”, I didn’t want my home address public. Tim could not have been nicer- He shared some background regarding his family that really made me feel better.When I first adopted my dog, he was so afraid of men. Tim would try to give him a treat (he always kept them for his furry customers) and he would cower and not go near him. Tim never gave up, each time he would sit on the floor and talk so sweetly to my dog. Then one day my dog went to him and there was no turning back- He LOVED Mr Tim!!Yes, there were days when I went in there and he came across as “rude”, I knew it was not intentional. (My feelings were hurt and I asked his wife about it). There were just days when he was a little “off.” I understand because I have those days as well. Mine come across more as tears, but we are all different. I learned that giving grace is the kindest thing we can all do for one another.When I learned of Tim’s passing, I was devastated . I miss him every time I walk by! I will forever be grateful for the kindness he showed me and my furbaby!I will admit, the new owner has it going on! It’s like a different place! Very professional and efficient!!! The young girl who helps me now, as well as the owner are incredible!!I highly recommend “Addison Circle Post.””

“I use the mail box service at Postal Shoppe. As a traveler, I need a secure address to receive personal and business mail and packages, and hold the mail until needed. For the additional price of shipping, they package everything in one parcel and send to me at my chosen rate when requested. Saving the hassle of asking family and friends for favors. When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. If my memory is correct, my Postal Shoppe box is similarly priced to my previous P.O. Box. Takes a lot of stress out of traveling extensively.”

Two times I have shipped to two different countries and it has literally arrived faster than FedEx. I was speechless both times... “Superior customer service at the Richardson, TX location. I walked away visibly displeased with the packaging service the store clerk provided. He evidently noticed it, informed his manager, and she called me to discuss the issue. Basically, I had prepared two different packages to be mailed to the same address. The clerk said it would be less expensive to have him put them both in one box and ship them together. I hesitantly agreed because the store was extremely busy ( Christmas time.). The total came out to be $73…way more than what I expected, hence my immediate displeasure. Not wanting to hold folks up, I paid passively disgruntled and departed. About a half hour later the manager called, apologized, and stated it would’ve been less expensive to ship the packages separately. She refunded me the difference. How many clerks would recognize the situation, inform their boss, and then the boss goes above and beyond to resolve the concern? Few and far between. UPS has earned my continued patronage. Well done!!”

“I never leave reviews being new to Dallas and not being familiar with many places. However, I am always happy to visit this store! I am highly impressed with how fast and helpful they are. They are even open on Sundays… A BIG PLUS! ? I stop here every Sunday morning to finish off my errands for the weekend and the employees are always happy to help me. I trusted them to ship a valuable collectible to my mother in New York a couple months ago and it arrived in perfect condition all in under $50. Another time I came in on a Monday afternoon. Line was to the door. Young gentleman and lady at the desk got through the line like champs and with great attitudes. Way to go! After reading the bad reviews I’m convinced people simply can’t read instructions. This is not an Amazon store, this is a UPS store. What Amazon does is not their fault people!!!”
