“Tom at the service desk gives 10 star customer service every time we need help with mail services and I would drive 1.5 hours just to keep using this UPS location solely due to him!”
“I had a great experience with UPS. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and hassle free, ensuring that all transitions were handled efficiently. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support, excellent customer service!”
“I came in in the store was very clean and smelled very good and there was a man Name to Richard he was very kind and very nice. He was very patient with me and got me in and out. He was quick efficient and so polite. I will definitely come back”
“Drew and the entire team were extremely helpful and kind at this store. The customer service was the best I've ever received at a UPS store. I was looking for the Amazon return kiosk and this store didn't have one. But Drew was friendly, funny, helpful and actual brightened my day! Definitely way better than a return kiosk.”
