“Hands down best experience I've had at a mechanic shop. Ladies, if you need to find a trustworthy mechanic shop this is it. Came in about 5:30 to get my car inspected and Ram was able to get me in! He was done in about 10 minutes. They close at 6pm! He also quoted me for an oil change that was 50% less than what other big-name shops were quoting me. The customer service is also great. Very nice gentlemen willing to help.”

“I got into a minor accident and needed two new tires and new rims. Rey at discount was very helpful and did not pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. Originally I thought I only needed one new rim, but Rey brought the other tire in to show me the other rim that needed replacement. Service was super fast and professional. I got new tires 6 months ago at a different discount so my warranty covered the tires.”

“I had to have the catalytic converters replaced again. On most cars it is a simple job but on a Honda Odssey it is a nightmare. Three different units in hard to get to places. I had this done at another shop two years ago and they took a month. These guys took two working days and also replaced bad spark plugs. I like this shop.
I had a very bad but simple problem. My appointment was at 9am but I got there early and they started asap. It was a really bad oil leak that could have killed the engine but it was the oil filter housing. They cleaned the bottom of the motor, found the leak and replaced the gasket seal. They were done in four hours. These guys were not cheap but they know what they are doing. I like this place.”
“Have trusted Love Field Auto for my vehicle maintenance for a few years now, after switching due to poor experiences elsewhere. Recently scheduled my wife's car for a routine oil change and ended up getting that done along with a few other things they recommended as part of the general inspection, which is included when you get the oil change. My only gripe is the price of the (conventional) oil change shot up to the $90 range, compared to the previous oil change, six months ago, which was in the $60 range. However, something I learned after a nice chat with the owner or manager is the price of their full synthetic oil change is only a few dollars more than their conventional oil change. So, even though the price of their oil change service is a bit on the high end (in my opinion), the price is worth it as Love Field Auto is a clean and efficiently run shop.”
“I went there and I had brakes, wheel alignment and new tires done. I went back the next day , my alignment was still pulling to the right. I was not happy. I paid someone else to do it right. So I paid for it again extra cost for me. Not happy.”

“Went for PPF, stayed for the bumper repaint, clean and organized shop, dent removal, incredible customer service, repaired side lights, refinished steering wheel, excellent communication, repaired leather seat, attention to details (both technical and administrative), new cloth top, and clear expectations set and maintained. If I've worked with a more professional group, I surely can't think of when or with whom. My only concern is that my 18 year old car now looks brand new again and I'm nervous driving it around! Guess I'll just do my best and look forward to seeing the Speed Shield team again when the need arises...”
