“This store was awesome! Its behind the Starbucks near a closed Krispy Kreme. Especially the manager! Can't remember his name, but his picture is on the wall. I was taking a break from a local residential service call and got a flat tire. I did not have the lug nut remover for my specialty tires. They had my flat changed in less than an hour and the manager, I think his name was Terry, gave me a free lug nut socket that fits that tire! Thanks Discount Tire on George Bush!”

“Good prices on tires. Friendly service. But they severely over-torque lug nuts. It you have a flat and need to remove a wheel they installed, you may not be able to get the lug nuts off without breaking a lug bolt. This has happened to me twice.”

“Had two tires go poof just before christmas eve. They were nearby so I walked over and they were expedite in helping my issue. No grief. Salesmen was not pushy and did his best to do what I wanted. In and out within 3 hours no hassle. Just had to wait as a walk in. Completely reasonable for my unreasonable situation.Got all new tires since I needed them anyways, and waited a while to leave a review since the last place I went to for work did not put a bolt back and left me with a car and a unbolted control arm on the side of the road. No issues with the tires so far after two months.I also got my oil change here. It was done, and through the same salesman. Again, good serivce and no hassle despite my inability to not be a hassle due to my poor experiences with bad shops.Definitely would come back based on my two experiences with this location.”

“WOW!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I haven't experienced this level of service, knowledge, care since I can remember! I overheard others saying the same as well. I came in just after 5pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in the schedule after I picked up a nail on a jobsite today, then I decided to replace 2 tires as well. Was no problem for them. All bays were full but also FULLY staffed so they had my car ready to go in no time! Called my parents just to tell them they need to start coming to this location. 5 STARS!!!”

Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. “I hit a curb that destroyed the tire at midnight. A friend picked me up and I took the tire/wheel to this place as they were open 24 hours. They charged $60 for a used tire that had about 60% tread remaining. I didn't have cash so they charged me a $3 fee to use a card. They had the tire put on the wheel and balanced in under 10 minutes. They did a good job and the higher cost for a used tire was worth it. They were quick and up front.”

“Came in for a creaking noise coming from what I thought was front wheels. I had another shop tell me I needed front shocks and other things replaced to fix the noise. Brought it to Carrollton complete automotive and spoke with John who was helpful, patient, and thorough.They were able to pinpoint it down to my hood latch needing to be greased. Fixed my problem and had me out of there in no time. Noise is completely gone. John and the team were great.”
