“Jan2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location for fuel.I stopped by this location as a result of stopping in the store looking for a few items that I needed. On my way out I saw that the station had plenty of pumps available and they were easy to access with my large vehicle. I was able to get into the pumping area and out without any difficulty. There was a person in the area watching the pumps.”

“Really nice Costco. The staff is very friendly and upbeat and polite. Very good prices. Good sized parking lot. I just wish they would put signs up telling you what number you parked in. It is easy to forget where you parked. Very busy on weekends, i highly recommended going on a weekday where it is less crowded. Good place to have lunch In because the price is so reasonable. I would share a hot dog or pizza because it is so huge. I like how they check your reciipt to verify your purchases. As of January 2024 they are testing a check in machine with your picture coming up on the screen. Just FYI.”

“I came to this place wanting to start an exposed copper shower project. I had no clue what to get at first but Tony and Rusty immediately began assisting me. Both of them gave me tips, ideas and were genuinely as intrigued with the project as I. After telling them that I had never soldered copper pipe before, they gave me advice on how to do that as well. “When doing other errands in area we shop here otherwise the stores in Plano and Frisco as closer to home. Great store like all the others. Quick stop sort of for gas only like everyone else Sat night. Lots of customers. Update for prior review in coming from east on Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) toll road take the Lake Vista exit and drive north about a block in between two hotels to get to Costco parking lot. If driving on I35 north or south or coming from the Bush Toll road its a bit involved so check your GPS/Google maps for help.”

“I have been going here since 2019 buying drinks for my store; however, earlier this year, they closed for a bit to renovate. I just went and learnt that they no long is A to Z Wholesaler as well as no drinks are sold. Same staff, however. Super friendly all the time in the past and probably the same as new branded wholesaler. Currently, they are only selling cigarette related products for wholesale and few other things. Unfortunately, I will no long be supporting the shop since my store do not sell those products. Wishing the best for them! Ps: the store used to be pretty dirty and restroom looked as if rat would come out HAHA. However, I am hoping and guessing they changed that up when they were remodeling.. PPS: take your tax form and etc (call ahead if you need to bring any forms) to create account with the wholesaler.”

“Excellent customer service. When leaving, the young lady counted over & over. Turns out, I'd mistakenly been charged twice for an item. She called the manager, Greg, over to assist me. I appreciated both of their attentiveness. The only downside is the location of this store's registers. There end up being two long lines that make it difficult to feed into the registers in the middle. This location would be better served if it followed the layout of other stores.”

“You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm.So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.”
