I went to them with a decorative craft in mind and not only did Dominic help me find the exact right colors I needed for my vision but he also refunded me for white paint after I paid when I realized I already had white paint at home. She went above and beyond by taking the time to really listen to my issue, offering a solution, and personally following through to make sure it worked. We always purchase our paint at Home Depot and Lowe's, but when they didn't have what we were looking for we decided to try Sherwin Williams. Marcus was the associate who helped us, He gave us excellent customer service. His suggestions and knowing his product was able to design the perfect colors we needed for our home. I think if one is having a bad day, one's demeanor and judgement can be skewed. Marcus will be our go to for all future purchases. “Just like the other branches of this chain of paint stores, it takes a long time to make your purchases, there are not enough employees working there, just like the others they always don't have something which, apart from the time you have to wait, is which delays you going to another store so there isn't one in one which is a little annoying. “Courtesy, professional, and accommodating. Staining a fence and was a gallon short of completing the task. Walked into PPG Paints 8108 location with only a dried stain sample; a mixture of two different tints and a dye I threw in. The fella asked if I could wait while he attempted to match the stain. Twenty minutes later, and with a gallon of custom tint in hand, I was ready to finish the fence. This was my first visit to a PPG Paints store, and my experience was exceptional.”
