Mr. Bert and Mrs. Sylvia were so nice and very helpful and most of all patient with me getting ready for my deployment with the U.S. Military. They treated me like a son and most of all family.”

“Young woman that helped was great. Soft spoken, confirmed the amount of the money order I wanted. No hassle, no fuss. Surprisingly, she has better customer service than most USPS employees. The office is inside a store. Took me a while to find it. There’s no recognizable USPS sign, so don’t look for it.”
“I dropped off a card on Saturday after the post office was closed. Not open on Sunday or Monday because of Memorial Day. However, my card was received in Iowa on Tuesday! Way to go post office! This was amazing. Every time I have visited the Donna post office the staff has been so nice. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“had the best experience here today! i was having some issues locating a package i had sent out and the staff was so helpful throughout the whole exchange. they were so willing to help and made sure i walked out of there knowing exactly what had happened! it ended up being a huge mistake on my part and instead of getting frustrated or annoyed when we figured that out, they reassured me that it was okay, shook my hand, and made sure i knew that they were always there to help. My interactions were with Zef, a man I believe was named Jesse or Joe, and a lady on the phone that was also from that same post office! The staff here genuinely loves their job and are there to help!”
