“I came into this store a few months back, I was greeted by staff, everyone was humble and very nice. Very knowledgable and humble(Unlike other stores that think they're gods gift to earth). Been to a few gun stores across the US, and due to my past employment, (USMC) I have a fair understanding of weapons and weapon safety rules. I came in asking about SBRs, and the new rule with the ATF. I took advantage of the opportunity and registered my AR-Pistol and turned it into an SBR, it took about 12 weeks to get it back, and DOMINGO, pointed me in the right direction with pictures, finger prints and even gave me some feedback on the form, Thankfully no kick backs! “Very unprofessional staff. Was left on hold for almost 15 minutes and never got an answer on my online order. Store associate said they never received my order and placed me on hold again to check their computer. Associate never picked up while I as on hold. I called them again to try to see the status of my order and they never picked up the phone afterwards anymore. This is my first time shopping in this store and will be my last.UPDATE: Second associate that answered was professional and very helpful. He had my order ready within 3 minutes of calling!!!”
