“Been using this store as a shop manager for over 15 years I've never had one problem with customer service Ryan is very knowledgeable and friendly he is professional and charismatic orileys is lucky to have him... that being said the rest of the staff is just as nice even the drivers here are awesome our shop in allen recently closed and that sucks cause im having to change stores and I got spoiled by this orileys. Dear coperate if you are going to use a store to train ur first call people use this store the professional side of this store is top notch and customer side is just as good! Honestly if I could give this store all a raise I would! Thank all of you for your help all these years ...Paul is awesome too he kind of quiet at first but when u get him going he knows his stuff
