“Wrecked my brand new truck… Front end collision. I took it to Autonation collision in Plano and the process could not have been easier. Bryce was my advisor and he walked me through what would need to be done, kept me updated throughout the process (even when new parts arrived damaged), and they even had it done 4 days earlier than promised. Insurance wanted to put aftermarket parts on it but Bryce advocated that my brand new truck deserved oem parts for the repair. “Called to get information on pricing and scheduling and was provided all the information needed to make a decision. I called back later to schedule the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted and provided more information to make the best decision on which tint % I should choose. As I was walking out, they were taking my car to the back. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours to complete and was called 2 hours and 20 minutes later.
