I was impressed with their knowledge and patience in answering questions and providing demonstrations, so I can better do my own maintenance (such as topping off tire sealant). I made two trips to the store before buying my new bike and Billy Bob remembered my name when I returned. I appreciate the dedicated customer service. It is for this reason I chose to buy from a bike shop, rather than an online only dealer.”
