“Best customer service and resolution to adding training wheels to bicycle purchased at another store. My husband, mechanically adept, was unable to get 'universal' training wheels on our granddaughter's new bicycle. I called Trek Bicycle and first phone interaction convinced me I chose wisely. Trek was unable to install training wheels because parts were too short. Told my husband extender they needed to order for installation. They still weren't able to make it work with the extender. However, with their ingenuity, they were able to take parts from a used bike on hand to make it work. Solved the problem! Caring staff, creative problem solver and had our granddaughter enjoying her bike quickly. Next bike purchase is definitely at Trek Bicycle Allen!”
