I don’t usually write customer service reviews, but my recent experience was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share. I faced a challenging order with a major issue from the vendor, but the staff at Allen Home Depot went above and beyond to help me. They provided 110% support and resolved all my issues, ensuring I received the product I needed. This was a top-notch experience, and I’m especially grateful to Brenda, Jessica, and Justin for their unwavering assistance throughout the process.

“I'm a newbie, but these were knowledgeable people, They had good advice on tools, projects, and wood choice as well a wide selection of woodworking specialty items. They had a good source of good quality wood and sheet goods, including American and Baltic Birch, as well as various hardwoods. the good stuff, unlike the construction grade ugly plywood at the big box stores. Same goes for hard wood boards; no knot filled, bowed, cupped, and twisted greenwood junk like the big box noodles in the dimensional lumber section there. You get what you pay for so the equipment is definitely on the high end quality and cost-wise (Festool for example). Worth a look”

Northern Tool always has a great online tool selection with great sales and great everyday pricing.
They often carry items I can’t find at other stores, and their “brand” items have proven to be affordable and reliable.
Shipping is fast, and usually free, and they make it easy to purchase what you need.”

They have a customer for life in me and in my company. The quality of the product is MILES above what you can get cheaply on Amazon or Alibaba and the pricing is very competitive!”

“This is the first time my husband and I have visited the store. I was shocked at how big it was. We didn’t purchase anything, it was more to get acquainted with the inventory. There seemed to be a steady line being rung out at the register which seemed good. There was also a “live” Facebook video going on towards the back.I personally do not know anything about this craft but came with my husband. I was impressed at the things offered at this store. It definitely gave my husband a starting point for whatever he is considering creating.As far as customer service, most people seemed to know what they needed or were perusing for. I did hear questions answered at random times but for the most part people seemed to know what they were there for.I am sure we will visit again.”

“Needed assistance with a horribly stripped screw. Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.
They know what they’re doing and they are incredibly helpful.”

“This review is about Riley and Derek from the Wylie TX store.
I was looking for a riding lawn mower. I know I wanted good quality and a good price. Riley was extremely patient with me, he took the time to explain the different riding lawn mowers they carry, but I cannot tell you how many times he was about to ring the price and I changed my mind as to which tractor I wanted. He was very, very, very patient with me. He helped me with the credit application, he did all the work and not once became impatient with me.
My next dilemma was how to get the tractor from point A to point B. I KNOW they could have loaded the tractor to my truck, but the problem was HOW I was going to unload it without destroying the tractor or killing myself. So Riley and Derek put their thoughts together and Derek was so kind that he delivered the tractor on his truck to my house the next day. Derek took the time to show me how the tractor worked, he made me ride the tractor so I could become familiarized with the machine, and he answered all my questions.
This purchase could not have happened without Riley and Derek. It just shows you THEIR dedication, teamwork, awesome customer service, and most importantly, DEDICATION and LOYALTY to their employer (Tractor Supply Company), by going out of their way to help a client and make a sale.

I recently had a somewhat challenging experience with Plano Power Equipment regarding a part order, but the resolution ultimately showcased their commitment to customer service.
Initially, I faced several communication issues over the span of three months regarding the status of my order. It was frustrating to be left in the dark about parts I needed for my equipment. I reached out multiple times and felt that my concerns weren't being addressed as promptly as I had hoped.
However, I want to highlight the exceptional assistance I received from the parts team. They stepped up when it mattered, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving my issues. Winon, in particular, was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting with my order. She took the time to provide updates, clarify any confusion, and ultimately ensured that I received the parts I needed.
While I wish the initial experience had been smoother, the way the team, especially Winon, wrapped everything up left a positive impression on me. It’s clear that Plano Power Equipment values their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to provide good service.
Overall, I appreciate their efforts to turn around a challenging situation. I will certainly consider returning in the future, confident that they care about their customers’ needs.”

Had a wonderful experience with John in the hardware section this morning I came in with a couple of drills and was looking for batteries and he looked at the tool combination and asked me a few questions and was able to find a deal going on that saved me over $100 and got me a better set than what I was trying to piece together on my own.
Karen customer service made the return process super simple she was very kind and respectful just a great team all the way around.”
“Little tight backing into unloading area. No dock , they put a pallet jack in your trailer and pull skids to the rear of trailer so forklift can take off the pallets. Nice folks. Takes about an hr - hr and half to unload 20+ skids. I delivery to this location from NC often and never had any issues. Keep up the great job !!!”
