“Great company. Quick to let me know the model I ordered was out of stock and will not be back for another few months, they worked with me after I had already paid to find another inventory item that suits my needs, there was absolutely no hassle and they are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Fantastic experience”
“I continue to e a valued customer. The tools sold here are offered at different qualities. Some of thier tools have improved so much since they first opened thier stores in the metropolitan. Because of these stores lower prices, small businesses have flourished. Competition is good. Because some businesses take advantage of naive customers. When competition happens it creates lower prices for consumers.”
“I highly recommend taking their classes if you are wanting to get started on woodworking, but don't know where to start. I have taken their basic woodworking and hand tool classes with Howard and both were amazing! I went in not ever using a power tool or hand tool before. As you can imagine, I was nervous and ready to embarrass myself, but Howard never made me feel that way. He took the time to explain everything and guided us the entire time. Classes are small (4-6 people) so you get the individual attention you need. If you look at the cost of the classes and how many hours you spend with a professional woodworker and the supplies they provide, you'll realize what an incredible value it is. This place is a hidden gem!”

“Austin was super helpful finding exactly the plumbing parts I needed PLUS teaching me how to put everything together. For a rookie like myself, I would highly recommend Locke. Thanks!”
“I enjoyed a great experience purchasing several STIHL gas-powered items from this location during their April 2026 STIHL Open House. Alan possesses a great wealth of knowledge regarding their STIHL products, and he provided very professional and courteous assistance from the moment I entered the store. I also received great service from Jim, their store manager. These two gentlemen helped equip me with the proper tools, and they saved me a great deal of money by notifying me about the Open House event during an earlier store visit. I highly recommend Alan, Jim and the East Plano Northern Tool location for your STIHL and other equipment needs.”
“I can believe it

I have hard time finding them and this ACE has what I was looking for
Awesome thanks”
“Had a good experience. The sales lady named Shanna was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. It is rare to get genuine service these days. I will definitely be back.”
“Very reliable, these people know what they are selling, so they can translate that into identifying anything you might not be able to find yourself. Great service!!!!!!”
“Last week James Marshall went above and beyond, and provided me service on top of service.I have shopped at lots of different Home Depot stores and never had someone make such an effort to help me with multiple needs. “I needed something from Lowe's and was in this area of town so we stopped in. The best time to shop at Lowe's (or HD) is Friday evening. Beat the Saturday morning rush when everyone and their brother comes in for their weekend project supplies. We were replacing our ceiling fan in our sunroom and found just what we were looking for. It was a fan with a remote control to turn on the fan blades and the light. I was also looking for some pull-out shelves for a built-in sideboard. I found the Rev-A-Shelf brand shelves that I know are excellent quality as I've bought some before. I couldn't find any shorter sized rollout shelves, only 22" deep and I needed 17" depth. Sadly, they aren't available in that depth so I had to change my plans and go with Container Store Elfa baskets. Saturday morning, hubby started to dismantle the old ceiling fan and then prepare to install the new fan. As he was starting to install, he realized that since there is only a beam it's getting attached to, we would need to return this model and buy the fan that has the pull chains. I'm fine with that. It's what I'm used to. The return/exchange was seamless. I really like the look of the new ceiling fan. I did have to buy chain extensions so that we could reach the pull chains to turn on/off the light or the fan blades.”
“By far my best home depot experience ever. Stopped here for few items I needed and had to ask for an associate's help. Shout out to James, front end supervisor for the help today. He went above and beyond to get the items I needed, polite through out the interaction, patient and assisted me. Wish people were half courteous as James, made my day and thank James for me.”
“I don’t know maybe it’s just because I’m familiar with Home Depot, but they always seem to be well stocked and have most of everything you need. I just wish I could remember everything I need every time I show up cause I feel like I always forget something and then I have to come back. The prices are fair and they have a military discount so it’s not to like?”
“Today I walked into Lowes and ran into Brian. I was looking for a few items for some outside work. He actually cared about my needs for what I needed. He helped me find everything I needed. I also had some questions regarding flooring and he qalked me over to the flooring department and walked me through everything I needed as a DIY customer. I highly recommend Brian for everything you need at Lowe's because we walked all over the store. Its hard to find good help but I'm glad I found Brian. Very knowledgeable and understanding to what I was looking for and I will be back and I hope he is there. 5 Stars for Brian and the Young lady at the customer service for helping me have an amazing experience.”
“Took my mower in for an oil change. The helpful guy said, is that all you need? Yes, and he took it back and changed the oil while I waited. 10 minutes at most. Great service!”
“Want to give a shout out to RJ in hardware who helped my son and I figure out some critical questions on fastening together some wood for a school project creation. We really appreciated him!! He was very kind and willing to help us and guide us on the areas we were missing!”
“I’ll tell you what - Michael Crowder (I think is his last name) puts the PRO on Pro Desk. My team started a 5 day concrete job at an apartment complex nearby. Today is Thursday - I’ve been in this Home Depot multiple times a day every day this week. Michael has helped me most of the times I’ve been in. Let me tell you - above and beyond is an understatement. He has such great energy and a willingness to help. Funny fact is he is retired from medicine so he works here just for fun! That’s how you know he loves his job. He has been a bright spot in my work week and I can’t show enough appreciation. Anytime I’m doing projects within reasonable distance - I’m driving to this Home Depot even if there’s one closer to my job site! Haha thank you Michael!”
“After the winter storm I had to return a generator. Let’s say my car was too small and the generator came out way harder than I expected. Chase and Alex helped me and they wasn’t giving up! I mean those generators are heavy and they helped find a solution without complaining. Great customer service here!”
“Fantastic, locally owned and operated hardware store chain here in DFW. There’s usually 1-2 older men and women working who can help answer any question you might have, or know someone who can.”
