“Great company. Quick to let me know the model I ordered was out of stock and will not be back for another few months, they worked with me after I had already paid to find another inventory item that suits my needs, there was absolutely no hassle and they are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Fantastic experience”

“I’ve not been in a brick and mortar Northern Tool for a while, because it’s been more convenient to order online.
Northern Tool always has a great online tool selection with great sales and great everyday pricing.
They often carry items I can’t find at other stores, and their “brand” items have proven to be affordable and reliable.
Shipping is fast, and usually free, and they make it easy to purchase what you need.”

“I highly recommend taking their classes if you are wanting to get started on woodworking, but don't know where to start. I have taken their basic woodworking and hand tool classes with Howard and both were amazing! I went in not ever using a power tool or hand tool before. As you can imagine, I was nervous and ready to embarrass myself, but Howard never made me feel that way. He took the time to explain everything and guided us the entire time. Classes are small (4-6 people) so you get the individual attention you need. If you look at the cost of the classes and how many hours you spend with a professional woodworker and the supplies they provide, you'll realize what an incredible value it is. This place is a hidden gem!”

“The Hispanic cashier was very welcoming and provided awesome customer service. I’m from Princeton and had to come here due to the young white girl in McKinney treating me like trash.”

“Needed assistance with a horribly stripped screw. Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.

They know what they’re doing and they are incredibly helpful.”

“Marti Jo Stanley in Kitchen and Bath was FANTASTIC to work with! She assisted us with appliance purchases for my son's first home and took the BEST care. She was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and didn't let us walk out without making sure we had everything we needed in order to avoid returning for missing parts, etc. HIGHLY recommend Marti Jo! :)”

“By far my best home depot experience ever. Stopped here for few items I needed and had to ask for an associate's help. Shout out to James, front end supervisor for the help today. He went above and beyond to get the items I needed, polite through out the interaction, patient and assisted me. Wish people were half courteous as James, made my day and thank James for me.”

“Little tight backing into unloading area. No dock , they put a pallet jack in your trailer and pull skids to the rear of trailer so forklift can take off the pallets. Nice folks. Takes about an hr - hr and half to unload 20+ skids. I delivery to this location from NC often and never had any issues. Keep up the great job !!!”

“I don’t know maybe it’s just because I’m familiar with Home Depot, but they always seem to be well stocked and have most of everything you need. I just wish I could remember everything I need every time I show up cause I feel like I always forget something and then I have to come back. The prices are fair and they have a military discount so it’s not to like?”

“Today I walked into Lowes and ran into Brian. I was looking for a few items for some outside work. He actually cared about my needs for what I needed. He helped me find everything I needed. I also had some questions regarding flooring and he qalked me over to the flooring department and walked me through everything I needed as a DIY customer. I highly recommend Brian for everything you need at Lowe's because we walked all over the store. Its hard to find good help but I'm glad I found Brian. Very knowledgeable and understanding to what I was looking for and I will be back and I hope he is there. 5 Stars for Brian and the Young lady at the customer service for helping me have an amazing experience.”

“I needed something from Lowe's and was in this area of town so we stopped in. The best time to shop at Lowe's (or HD) is Friday evening. Beat the Saturday morning rush when everyone and their brother comes in for their weekend project supplies. We were replacing our ceiling fan in our sunroom and found just what we were looking for. It was a fan with a remote control to turn on the fan blades and the light. I was also looking for some pull-out shelves for a built-in sideboard. I found the Rev-A-Shelf brand shelves that I know are excellent quality as I've bought some before. I couldn't find any shorter sized rollout shelves, only 22" deep and I needed 17" depth. Sadly, they aren't available in that depth so I had to change my plans and go with Container Store Elfa baskets. Saturday morning, hubby started to dismantle the old ceiling fan and then prepare to install the new fan. As he was starting to install, he realized that since there is only a beam it's getting attached to, we would need to return this model and buy the fan that has the pull chains. I'm fine with that. It's what I'm used to. The return/exchange was seamless. I really like the look of the new ceiling fan. I did have to buy chain extensions so that we could reach the pull chains to turn on/off the light or the fan blades.”

“After the winter storm I had to return a generator. Let’s say my car was too small and the generator came out way harder than I expected. Chase and Alex helped me and they wasn’t giving up! I mean those generators are heavy and they helped find a solution without complaining. Great customer service here!”
