I was looking for a riding lawn mower. I know I wanted good quality and a good price. Riley was extremely patient with me, he took the time to explain the different riding lawn mowers they carry, but I cannot tell you how many times he was about to ring the price and I changed my mind as to which tractor I wanted. He was very, very, very patient with me. He helped me with the credit application, he did all the work and not once became impatient with me.
My next dilemma was how to get the tractor from point A to point B. I KNOW they could have loaded the tractor to my truck, but the problem was HOW I was going to unload it without destroying the tractor or killing myself. So Riley and Derek put their thoughts together and Derek was so kind that he delivered the tractor on his truck to my house the next day. Derek took the time to show me how the tractor worked, he made me ride the tractor so I could become familiarized with the machine, and he answered all my questions.
This purchase could not have happened without Riley and Derek. It just shows you THEIR dedication, teamwork, awesome customer service, and most importantly, DEDICATION and LOYALTY to their employer (Tractor Supply Company), by going out of their way to help a client and make a sale.

I used to go to Walmart or other stores to exchange tanks when I ran out, not knowing that there was a service that you could use to have them filled. Much less expensive, and more convenient. They even taught me that tanks have expiration dates. They are convenient to my home, and I have not had a bad experience with their service.”

I also had some questions regarding flooring and he qalked me over to the flooring department and walked me through everything I needed as a DIY customer. “Probably the best store for general home improvement. Not always the cleanest, but usually the best prices for non-surplus goods. Great return policy, staff has been very attentive the last few months. Wish they would stock appliances instead of delivering them. I would buy if I didn't have to wait and schedule a time. Update: I really like their return policy. It's much more project oriented than that of their major big box competitor in the DFW area. Staff is overall helpful during the last few months or so. I did talk to one employee in the electrical dept at 2220 n coit rd richardson tx about 10 am today 3/20/2026 who was helpful, but not what I would consider friendly. This is one of the cleaner HD stores I visit. I wish all of the stores had similar layout. Some things are difficult to find and I have to use my phone to locate.”

“Tyler is SO helpful at Lowe's Frisco off Preston. We described the issue we have regarding the bathroom vent. It was supposed to be a simple project. We spent quite a bit time at Lowe's competition at first but it took a lot of time to find people for help; once we found someone it took a lot of time again to see if a solution can be rendered. We should've just come to Lowe's because people here knows their craft. Tyler helped us right away along with Doug. “I needed something from Lowe's and was in this area of town so we stopped in. The best time to shop at Lowe's (or HD) is Friday evening. Beat the Saturday morning rush when everyone and their brother comes in for their weekend project supplies. We were replacing our ceiling fan in our sunroom and found just what we were looking for. It was a fan with a remote control to turn on the fan blades and the light. I was also looking for some pull-out shelves for a built-in sideboard. I found the Rev-A-Shelf brand shelves that I know are excellent quality as I've bought some before. I couldn't find any shorter sized rollout shelves, only 22" deep and I needed 17" depth. Sadly, they aren't available in that depth so I had to change my plans and go with Container Store Elfa baskets. Saturday morning, hubby started to dismantle the old ceiling fan and then prepare to install the new fan. As he was starting to install, he realized that since there is only a beam it's getting attached to, we would need to return this model and buy the fan that has the pull chains. I'm fine with that. It's what I'm used to. The return/exchange was seamless. I really like the look of the new ceiling fan. I did have to buy chain extensions so that we could reach the pull chains to turn on/off the light or the fan blades.”
“I went through every isle and could not believe all the handy items they sell. From welders to hand tools to propane refills they have such a large variety of items, tarps, pint, huge 70 gun, gun safes to pet, horse cow deer feed and feeders, water troughs, lawn mowers mini bikes, fencing needs, troughs, turn buckles, screws and bolts, electric fences and parts fences, a almost any kind of smokers and grills you can think, and thats probably only half of it. You can honestly spend an hour looking around and guaranteed you can find at least one item you could use.”

“I worked this store for three years. Store was awesome when Wallace was store manager. Then they hired this young asm oh he was a prick very arrogant and very selective if you catch my meaning. Then a new asm Brian I believe OHHHH BRIAN BRIAN BRIAN I KNOW WHAT YOU DID WHEN I LEFT THAT DAY. It’s okay since then the store went down hill.
