“I have never had an exceptional experience at a Home Depot before but I did today! Nader in the garden center was incredible. As soon as I walked up to check out, he was so kind and friendly. He offered to carry out the bags of sand I had in my cart for me and I told him no worries, I can do it. He said just pull your car up and I’ll load them for you. Thank you Nader for your wonderful customer service!”

“Came in this evening needing to find parts for a bathroom remodel. I asked the first sales associate I saw and he helped me right away. When he was unsure of something he found Robin who was able to help us. We needed additional help (they didn’t want to tell me the wrong thing and I appreciated this sooo much) and a 3rd gentleman came to help. I was able to find everything I needed! At check out Tobin (Tolin? I’m so sorry if that’s wrong) helped me look up the part I had. Extremely helpful store!! I live the same distance to a Home Depot but this Lowe’s will be my new go to. “I needed something from Lowe's and was in this area of town so we stopped in. The best time to shop at Lowe's (or HD) is Friday evening. Beat the Saturday morning rush when everyone and their brother comes in for their weekend project supplies. We were replacing our ceiling fan in our sunroom and found just what we were looking for. It was a fan with a remote control to turn on the fan blades and the light. I was also looking for some pull-out shelves for a built-in sideboard. I found the Rev-A-Shelf brand shelves that I know are excellent quality as I've bought some before. I couldn't find any shorter sized rollout shelves, only 22" deep and I needed 17" depth. Sadly, they aren't available in that depth so I had to change my plans and go with Container Store Elfa baskets. Saturday morning, hubby started to dismantle the old ceiling fan and then prepare to install the new fan. As he was starting to install, he realized that since there is only a beam it's getting attached to, we would need to return this model and buy the fan that has the pull chains. I'm fine with that. It's what I'm used to. The return/exchange was seamless. I really like the look of the new ceiling fan. I did have to buy chain extensions so that we could reach the pull chains to turn on/off the light or the fan blades.”
