Today we have a very large custom shower that does not leak, was completed on time and for the agreed upon price.”

“Richard Williams and Associates has done several projects on our house in Plano. They replaced our carpet, remodeled our master bath and added a larger shower. They also replaced the roof and communicated with the insurance company. My favorite project was the project shown in the picture. They removed the posts on either side of our kitchen bar and added an island and new lighting throughout the kitchen and hallway. In previous years they added the custom kitchen cabinets. Tony has been the project manager and checks the work throughout the projects. He notices imperfections in the workmanship that I would never notice and has his crew fix them right away. I highly recommend Richard Williams and Associates for remodels and any insurance claims.”

Their samples don't match the tile in stock, they have very small supplies on hand, and employees were uninformed and not much help. We went to the Tile Store, and Yonce could not have been nicer or more helpful. Every item we considered she checked on availability. She was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy in any way. She never once judged my questions or choices or referred to anything as 'dated.' She made the entire experience easy and fun, and even had suggestions for where we could start to begin the next step in the project.”

“We did quite a bit of shopping around before we decided on Granite Artists. Kudos to Scott for figuring out how to maximize the slabs—it saved us a considerable amount of money. The installation team met us down at the granite warehouse to show us the template layout, which was painstakingly laid out to create a beautiful flow of stone. The installation team was efficient and experienced—the finished product appears practically seamless and is fitted to perfection. We are extremely happy with their work.”

“A fully stocked store with seasonal delights, including foods and appliances, gifts and pots and pans, plus so much more. Loved browsing the tablescapes for inspiration. They have several kinds of olive oil dispensers, cute appetizer forks, and many gorgeous kitchen towels that are so lovely they could be in a picture frame. I will agree with some other people that the staff is not especially welcoming or helpful. When I was asked if I needed help finding anything, the heavy sigh of relief and the quick dash-away by the employee let me know it was just words. Yeah, I know where they keep the sale items, and I also know having to work is sometimes annoying, so whatever. I still like this store, especially for location. It is with all the other nicey-nice stores so you can visit them all at once.”

“I was really impressed with the quality of service we received! I called a day before to get pricing and went in the next day, the price was great. When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted right away. Kim said she could have our engraving done in just 5 minutes if we wanted to wait.
We browsed the store while she worked — it was such a cute shop with lots of beautiful wooden items for sale. Kim even let my daughter watch the engraving process and press the buttons, which made her day!
The service was quick, friendly, and personal. Kim was truly exceptional, we’ll definitely be back!”
